I can honestly say the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been a Lettings client of the High Wycombe branch for about four years and have noticed a massive decline in service levels over the time. The communication is diabolical and they overcharge you either due to basic errors or hoping you won’t find out. Probably the worst part is they haven’t even responded to a direct complaint email for almost 2 weeks. I would stay clear of this business if you can help it.

This is certainly not the standard of service we strive to provide. I understand that you liaised with Tracey Hickford, Lettings Director, in March and your complaint was resolved. They were very professional, realistic in their approaches and sold our home very quickly, whilst managing our expectations. They kept in frequent contact too, and gave great feedback, so we always knew what was going on with viewings and any information we needed to know. Always happy to answer our many questions too! Their level of professional was outstanding from start to finish,but more than that was the warmth and friendliness I felt all the way through the process of selling our house. Sue especially was my rock all along and when things got tricky she kept me sane with her calm and great sense of humour!
