GoogleI've now used the Headingley branch for a purchase and a sale and both times they have provided a brilliant service. Always communicative, friendly and helpful. For my recent sale, they arranged viewings within days of my flat going on the market and found a buyer in less than a week. Superb service.

GoogleEfficient and smooth marketing which resulted in an early offer. Amy King did a good job on the photos and website, and Chloe Jagger kept me in the picture and was generally helpful.

GoogleSold or house through the branch recently. They were great and really helped with all the worries that came with the process. Particular thanks to Jenny, who was amazing at communicating with us and the solicitors, and answering my endless stupid questions.

GoogleAmy, Jenny and the whole team were excellent throughout our property purchase. Instant replies to email/phonecalls. When the exchange of contracts looked to be stalling, Amy swiftly contacted the 3 conveyancing solicitors and got our exchange finalised. I would certainly use them for buying/selling our future property. Thanks guys! Mark

GoogleJnp is like a breath of fresh air. We are so thankful that a very good friend of ours recommended changing over to this agency. Nathan put out property on the market and within hours we had 3 offers. The previous place took months. He took ownership of the sale and made things happen seamlessly. The whole team and the conveyancers are very friendly and professional. We are looking forward to a quick sale. Thank you JNP

GoogleWe completed on our first home today and are so appreciative of the JNP teams help throughout. The agents that showed us around houses were all lovely but we'd like to give special thanks to Jan. At times we had difficulty with our conveyancer which Jan was a fantastic help with, no question was too basic, we always heard back quickly and she was proactive in making sure we understood what was happening at all stages - which is such a help as a first time buyer.
Agent replied · 1 May 2024
Thank you Isabel. Jan and the team will be delighted with your review. Buying your first home can be daunting and we're so pleased we were able to help you every step of the way. Wishing you many happy memories in your new home.

GoogleFantastic service throughout! We initially dealt with Martin the estate agent who was lovely! He showed us around the home and knew everything about the property. He kept us informed and updated all the time which allowed us to make the best offer to get our house. We then dealt with Jan the sales progressor, such a lovely lady! She supported us from the moment our offer was accepted up to the point of completion. She was more excited for us than we were!! She went above and beyond her role to help with both the sellar and us (the buyers). We are first time buyers so there were so many new things to learn but she made the process so much easier and dealt with all the stressful situations so we didn’t have to. She was a great connect for the solicitors on both sides and helped ensure any differences between both were resolved through good communication. She always kept me informed and updated which is just what I needed with a busy work schedule. We had a quick completion and that was mostly thanks to Jan. Thank you to Jan and Martin for all your support and allowing this process to be much less daunting than I expected.
