I found working with Sarah Thomas at Brecon and Brecon for the purchase of a property an extremely great experience. She is friendly, patient, honest and helpful in various manners to ensure the sale went through without any issues. Sarah communicates brilliantly at all times and is very calm and reassuring with it. If any wrinkles arose, Sarah ironed them out smoothly. I found the whole team at Brecon and Brecon welcoming, friendly and helpful at all times. I would 100% recommend their services.

Finding the right home is something that can be frustrating because it depends on so many factors and doesn’t help if the estate agent who is selling it tells you what you want to hear, but it wasn’t the case with John Bouwer, he was always accommodating and available to any queries we had and in our case being part of a chain where our first buyer aborted, he didn’t panic or made us feel nervous, which was very much appreciated. Also, the fact that he came to see us the day we moved in to asked us if we were okay or if we had more questions about the property shows how much he cares. I was very impressed.

First class service from both Sarah and Alex from start to finish on assisting with our sale. Very professional, kept us appraised throughout of progress and was always contactable. Sue from JNP is absolutely amazing. The team have also accommodated viewings on the property we purchased. Emails answered in a timely manner and phone calls always returned. Sue spent most days on the phone to solicitors chasing queries, without Sue we would never have purchased our property so quickly. Outstanding team.

Cannot recommend highly enough! JNP Princes Risborough have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire moving experience. If I could give 10 stars to Sue,Matt and Nick at JNP I would! Their level of professional was outstanding from start to finish,but more than that was the warmth and friendliness I felt all the way through the process of selling our house. Sue especially was my rock all along and when things got tricky she kept me sane with her calm and great sense of humour! I Invited Aaron the Branch Manager round to value my property and he was super informative about the local area and prices with in my estate. He was prompt at replying to all emails and queries I had about every aspect of the process and even responded on his days off. I would 110% recommend him to friends and family it was a breathe of fresh air to deal with someone like him while buying and selling.

Maisie at the Headingley branch has been an absolute star! She has gone above and beyond to keep the sale of my house moving along.
