I’ve never been treated with such disrespect in 25 years renting across the world. 7 years in the same house. Paying each month. Maintaining the house. They wanted to increase 26% the rent. We said it was too much to have a conversation. They send us notice to leave while repairs were on hold for over a year… They came to talk to us to “mediate” between us and landlords but they did nothing to protect us and our little ones but only do what landlords requested even though it was unmoral (like delaying our deposit and refuse to pay the bill for a pest control issue due to the foundations of the house). Luckily the Deposit protection exists for a reason. And they had to return our deposit. Last… they claimed us stuff that they own builder did… Again… I’ve never felt as insulted in my life…

I am amazed by the service and professionalism I received from JNP when selling my house recently. The staff were very supportive and pulled out all the stops. It was marketed very quickly and within a week was sold subject to paperwork. From start to finished within less than 3 months. Brilliant well done the team and thank you.

Caroline, Nathan, Janet and the rest of the team were incredible and worked hard for over 2 years to find our perfect property. Could not provide a stronger recommendation for Sue and everyone at JNP! JNP sold our house very quickly and Sue was an absolute powerhouse at chasing all the solicitors and estate agents in the chain in order for us to exchange and complete to a deadline.
