Sale after a death. Long haul due to chain collapsing but JNP were our main source of information (much more communicative than solicitor). They also kept an eye on house for us.

Could not provide a stronger recommendation for Sue and everyone at JNP! JNP sold our house very quickly and Sue was an absolute powerhouse at chasing all the solicitors and estate agents in the chain in order for us to exchange and complete to a deadline. Cannot recommend highly enough! JNP Princes Risborough have been incredibly kind and helpful throughout our entire moving experience. Sue from JNP is absolutely amazing. The team have also accommodated viewings on the property we purchased. Emails answered in a timely manner and phone calls always returned. Sue spent most days on the phone to solicitors chasing queries, without Sue we would never have purchased our property so quickly. Outstanding team.

Sue and her colleagues have really impressed us. They have gone above and beyond in making sure we were happy at every stage in the process. In particular Sue was brilliant at progress-chasing and also reassuring us when there were delays. She kept us up to date more quickly than the agent selling our own house! Nothing was too much trouble. Lucky people if you're selling your house through her office.
