GoogleWe've been really pleased with the service from JNP who helped us sell my dad's property. Nathan, who came to do the initial valuation, was great and my dad particularly was delighted with the photos he took of his property. Lisa, Naz and the team were very supportive throughout the process.

GoogleReally helpful Princes Risborough branch of JNP. They were happy to facilitate multiple visits to the property, were prompt with replies to communications and responsive to requests. Sue H was particularly great. It was a smooth process and as stress-free as it could be. Would use when I sell the property in the future.

GoogleJNP Hazlemere, were outstanding in our delicate experience of selling our late mother's house under probate. We cannot fault the transparency, communication and empathy toward our situation in looking for a quick property sale. From the first visit, Mark Prior demonstrated exemplary tact, knowledge and professionalism in adivisng us of how to best position the property for sale. When on the market, we continued to recieve timely updates on potential prospects (buyers) and the team efforts from Emily, Julian, Mark and others within the team. Emily, a notably, outstanding member of the team and driving all parties toward completion. Predictably, there were a number of concerns, blockers and challenges as we moved toward completion with the buyer. Emily, provided us with calm, professional reassurance throughout, and our family cannot thank her enough personally for this.

GoogleA few months ago, I was looking to get my flat revalued and Mark Prior arrived to do it. Mark was very friendly and professional throughout. Mark then sat down and we spoke about the valuation and the reasons I was looking to sell etc, the reason was I couldn’t afford my remortgage. Mark spoke to me on a human level and not as an estate agent trying to make a sale. Mark listened and understood my situation. Mark was able to put me in touch with a very professional and helpful mortgage advisor who gave me options I wasn’t aware of. Fast forward 4 months and I now have the flat remortgaged and in my name. Without Mark, this wouldn’t have been possible and I probably would have had to sell reluctantly. Mark was extremely helpful throughout and was straight talking with what could be done. I would recommend Mark as an estate agent to anyone who needed one and one day, when I decide to sell, I will definitely be getting in touch with him again. He is a top man and an asset to JNP. GoogleWe bought a house through JNP Hazlemere in Widmer End. The transaction was not a straight forward one with issues from our buyers almost scuppering the entire process. JNP and specificially Mark Prior provided support and reassurance throughout the process. Having had a not so great experience with the agents on my sale, the constrast was stark between them and how Mark managed the process. He was proactive, dedicated and always available. Whilst as the buyer JNP ultimately served their client, the seller, I always felt throughout the process that Mark and his team had a genuine interest in the well-being and success of everyone involved in the process. He quickly became my go to person rather than my own agent for my sale. Thank you so much for everything team. Would definitely recommend in the future!
