Not your stereotypical estate agents. From start to finish, the team here were friendly, proactive and actually made it feel like they were genuinely wanting to help, vs there to do a job. As a buyer in the process with JNP, (so technically not their client), I felt supported the whole way through, this was particularly thanks to Sue. With her help we were able to go from offer acceptance to completion in just under 7 weeks. Nothing felt like too much effort when asking for help and she maintained a great communication channel. The team and Sue remained professional throughout whilst also ensuring they offered a personable touch. If I was to need to sell my property I would 100% be doing it with this team.

Sue and the team will be delighted to know their friendly and proactive approach made such a positive difference for you - they are genuinely interested in every buyer and vendor so we're thrilled that you felt their support. Wishing you every happiness in your new home, and we’d be honoured to help you again in the future if you ever need it! 🏡✨

JNP has just completed on the sale of my Mum's house. the service I received during this sale (the sale was complicated, as it was under a Power of Attorney, the proceeds to pay for my Mum's care) was absolutely excellent: the team of Julian Almrott, Emily Maslen and Douglas Child took the time to help me with various legal aspects, deal with my many queries (and all incredibly patiently!), chase the buyer's solicitor, visited the vacant house frequently to check all was ok, interfaced seamlessly with my conveyancer, and achieved a price beyond what I was expecting. I also used JNP's conveyancing service, the conveyancer being Paul Davison, and this worked really well too. No hesitation in recommending JNP's services.

Agent replied · 13 May 2025

Thank you so much for your review Richard. It's wonderful to hear that Julian, Emily and Douglas were able to guide you with patience, professionalism and care every step of the way - especially with the additional complexities involved in a Power of Attorney sale. Wishing you and your Mum all the very best, and thank you for choosing JNP.

My partner and I have been renting from JNP for several months now and have recently had our first property inspection, carried out by a very competent and kind Phoebe.
