GoogleCouldn't fault the service given to us by all members of staff. Would definitely use Temme English again. Only one minor grievance would be the recommendation of solicitor as they weren't as good as expected.

GoogleI sold my house through Temme English. Lost my buyer which I actually found out myself so something went wrong there but overall I was happy and sold again. Thanks to Rosanna for being the "go between" between me and the lawyer as he seldom responded to me. I would recommend Temme English but certainly not the lawyer D & S Legal who was recommended through them.PositiveResponsiveness

GoogleQuite possibly the worst estate agents I have come across. Turned up to a viewing for someone to go in ahead of us and the owner was told we cancelled our viewing. A few weeks later something similar happened again, turned up to a house and the owner had no record of our viewing despite me calling 3 times to make sure it was confirmed. Made an offer on one house and when it got rejected, Jamie couldn’t even pick up the phone to tell us (even though we had been on the phone shortly before) but emailed instead. Find this very unprofessional.

Hello, Le La. Sorry to read your review. It's hard to locate your details and speaking to the branch manager we haven't been made aware of any complaint. I am reading your experience that you didn't get to view anything through us but still managed to make an offer on one of our homes. I would like to know more from you. We haven't employed the staff member you mentioned since Autumn 2021, so I am not able to question him either. The only time we messed up over a viewing appointment years ago, we reimbursed that person the petrol money and gave a gift voucher as it was out of character for us and we wanted to hold our hands up. Please do contact me so I can look into your negative comments further and try to put some faith back in you that we are not the sort of company you that operates in this way. GoogleThroughout the whole process Temme English had been by far the most helpful and attentive party of the whole process. Rosanna and Nicola were extremely helpful and only have the best praise for everyone who dealt with our purchase!

GoogleWe recently purchased a property through Temme English in Wickford. I've dealt with Reece, Nicola, Rosanna and Andy and all have been absolutely brilliant. Even when calling up Reece was extremely polite and professional and they were extremely quick to respond and keep me updated over email. We had a smooth sailing process with Temme English. GoogleFrom beginning to end of the sale of our property Temme English were outstanding. Nothing was to much trouble and they were always there when we needed them. Our house was sold in the first week of marketing and the attention to detail from the team meant we got a really good sale price. We eventually found a new build property to purchase and had a really tight deadline to meet, but Temme English stepped up and through the efforts of their amazing sales progression ladies Nicola & Rosanna and also Reece, Curtis and Andrew they managed to get things over the line by consistently contacting up and down the chain at all hours. I cant thank Temme English enough for all they did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone.
