GoogleWorst service I have ever received in my life. First of all, they like to disclose other parties offers on properties in order for you to counter-offer, which equals more commission for them (which is obviously all they actually care about) so don't think for one second your offer won't be told to other prospective buyers. We made an offer on a property which was ACCEPTED. Dean called my partner to say congratulations, your offer has been accepted. (They failed to tell us the property had anymore viewings) Only to get a phone call the following day to say they had another viewing today and that another buyer made a higher offer which was accepted. He then had the audacity to add further insult by telling us he had another property for sale which is similar and did we want to view it tomorrow. As if we would EVER use this agent again! I'll be sure everyone finds out what liars work at this agent. Absolute horrendous company with no morals or principles, all they are after is commission, and you will be gazumped at the first opportunity!!!!!!!!!!!!

Every agent has an obligation to qualify buyers to prove they are financially able to buy the property so sellers are best protected before incurring costs.
Without documentation to suggest buyers are able to financially purchase a property, we would be wrong to remove any home from the market. This procedure was emailed to you yesterday.
To slander and insult staff is unjustified and is undeserved on a personal level to the good people we employ.
I am sorry the outcome felt unfair to you but we won't and cannot withhold other offers received to our clients and have to act on our clients instructions based on the facts put to them.
We are members of The Property Ombudsman Service and invite you to get in touch with them so they can ensure you that we have acted in the correct way.

We were meant to see a flat and got told on the day that flat was sold, they could not wait a few hours for us to go and look?????????? I would not want to sell with you. FacebookWhilst my property took several months to sell, the service offered by Jake at the Colchester branch was exceptional. He managed out of office hours viewings several times without any complaint at all. He provided honest feedback on the viewings, and even advised us against lowering the price when we became frustrated with no offers!, once we accepted an offer Jake kept in touch along with Tonya Who deals with the enquiries once an offer has been accepted. Both chased others in the chain along with solicitors keeping us updated throughout.
Overall very pleased with the personal service offered. I would recommend Temme English.

Called back 3 days later again suppose to get call back and never. This property been in Rightmove nearly a year. Not surprised to be honest.

Facebook(Basildon branch) Fantastic customer service. They took a great deal of interest during my sale. Just be careful because they over valued my property by a large amount which later lead to some complications. Other estate agents will under value your property to get a quick sale. Temme English may over value it to get your custom. I had a hard time with my solicitor during the sale which Temme English more than made up for and were in constant contact with me throughout. A word of advice... ask them to show you their previous sale prices for simular properties in your area.
