FacebookSomewhat disappointed. Phoned Colchester office which was redirected to Wickford. Looking for prices to manage my BTL property. Lady was unsure of Colchester market, so left my details and no-one came back to me. Don't think I will be trusting my investment to them.

FacebookTemme English are without doubt above and beyond the average estate agents, the professionalism, respect and honesty they greet you with stems from the top with Steve, he is the most genuine guy you will come across who will always help to guide and advise on any situation, his work rate and passion filters throughout the team especially in my case with the selling of my property and purchase of my new property. Andy and Nicola in the office where amazing, always on the other end of the phone for help and advice and pushed through my sale and purchase every step of the way. Temme English are not the stereotypical estate agent, they’re genuine, reliable honest and you honestly feel although they put themselves in your situation when helping with an offer or difficult situation. GoogleCould not recommend Temme English enough. I instructed them to act on my sale in the first instance. The service was very quick and everything was explained in detail. My property was advertised the day after photographs were taken and sold within 4 days after a number of viewings. The house we eventually bought was also sold by Temme English. We viewed the property in a number of occassions throughout the purchase process to enable profressionals to provide quotes for works, and obtaining access to the property (it was a probate so nobody lived there) was never too much trouble. Regular updates were provided and callbacks were received promptly. We dealt primarily with Andrew Donnelly who was very knowledgeable about the market and area generally, and was always very helpful. If we ever come to sell the property, we will certainly use Temme English again.

GoogleI had a buyer fall though on my property, but Andrew in the Wickford branch of Temme English fought doggedly to get me a new buyer. He also had them match the first offer despite it being six months later with local prices declining across the board. I felt informed and in the loop throughout the entire process, and between re-marketing it until completion only four months passed. Thank you so much Andrew and Temme English for an ultimately successful sale.

GoogleWe were lucky enough to sell our home, and also find our new property through Temme English and we can't recommend Andy highly enough. Throughout our sale and purchase, Andy (and when he was out of the office, Jamie) have been fantastic at keeping us informed, and have both, on numerous occasions, been willing to answer queries to help things run smoothly. Andy even assisted us with issues with solicitors, and made calls to both sides to chase up outstanding queries, something I have never heard of an estate agent doing before! We started the sale of our property with an online estate agent, but very quickly realised that you get what you pay for, and dealing with Temme English has been outstanding throughout the sale and purchasing process. I would recommend Andy, and Temme English, to anyone looking to sell their property in the Wickford area. Thank you Andy and Jamie!
