GoogleAfter nearly 2 years of failed sales & constant stress we instructed Temme English but were nearly at the point of giving up. However the manager Mitchell was brilliant & so supportive & secured our sale! He is responsive & professional & I strongly recommend Temme English if you are looking to sell. My sale turned out to be quite complicated, with hurdles along the way on the buyers part but the Temme English team went above and beyond from start to finish and we finally completed. GoogleAll the guys at Temme were brilliant throughout the purchase of our new house. Particularly Nicola, who was incredibly helpful during the final stretch and managed to really get things moving and eventually completed. We didnt use Temme for the sale of our house but i definitely would in the future.

What turned into a particularly difficult and at times frustrating sale was made far more manageable thanks to his constant support, professionalism and determination. There were a number of challenging and unexpected issues that arose during the process, but Mitchell handled every situation calmly, fairly and with real integrity, always going above and beyond to protect our interests and keep things moving forward. Communication was excellent throughout. Mitchell was always available when we needed him, kept us informed at every stage and never shied away from difficult conversations when they were needed. Most importantly, it genuinely felt like he was in our corner the entire time, which made a huge difference. Mitchell is an absolute credit to Temme English and sets a very high standard for what an estate agent should be. GoogleNicola has the patience of a saint. She was happy to answer many questions and provided is with clear updates regularly. When she was not in the office, Andy was always willing to help out with any enquires. Temme English sold out house really fast and even found a 2nd buyer within 3 hours when our 1st buyer decided to pull out of the sale due to a change in circumstance. Temme English have been so good we recommend them to a neighbour who has also sold her house with very little effort.

Taking photos of our property was stress-free, we managed to secure the offer on our property that we were looking for, and although our four-person chain took a little longer to complete, they were always keeping us updated and had all the information. I wouldn’t have any reservations in recommending Harry, Andy, and their team at Temme English Wickford when selling or buying a property.
