GoogleI don’t think there is one person in the Colchester branch that I have not dealt with and all have been extremely helpful even after a couple of challenges they still go above and beyond. Old school customer services is still alive. I also loved the property file you can log into yourself to check progress. We moved to Temme English from another agent as they were not pushy sales people but open and friendly and answered our questions honestly. Highly recommend.

GoogleWe marketed and sold our flat through Temme English and were very happy with the whole process. When deciding on an estate agent I spoke to five other agents in Colchester and they were all very pushy - in contrast, Mitchell explained things once, was friendly and easy to deal with. We listed our flat just as Covid began and so had trouble getting people to view, the team at Temme English persisted and we got there eventually. Mitchell travelled here at least 30 times to show people round, must have been draining for him! After getting the offer accepted, I communicated with Rachel as we worked through getting all the enquires etc completed. She's good at her job: friendly, easy to communicate with and kept on top of things over the many months it took to complete. We're grateful for all the work they (and the team) put in throughout Covid and how they kept at it as several other unforeseeable delays came along. I recommend this estate agent!

GoogleI just completed with Temme English and i can’t recommend them enough. Firstly Megan was fab with helping me measure the flat; she was patient, kind and offered to help too - her customer service was fantastic such a lovely person - thank you Megan! Then during the process of trying to get all documents and exchange ready, Rachel was my saving grace. I was kept up to date every step of the way and where the information was not passed on to me from my own legal team Rachel jumped into action to find out this info to deliver it to me. Rachel you are a star thank you! Lastly the completion day and aftercare with questions I have since had - Carl has been really helpful making settling in that bit easier. Thank you all for your help and support you are truly great at what you do and I’ll be recommending you to anybody that asks!

GoogleI am writing this in my new home after selling my old one with the support of Rachel, Megan and Mitchell from Temme English. It wasn't an easy process due to unforeseen circumstances but Megan and Rachel kept me informed throughout and Rachel helped keep me sane when I thought it might not happen. Her perseverance and knowledge of the conveyancing process made all the difference!! And Mitch even came round to my house on a Sunday evening to collect keys so that the handover could go smoothly. I'm not planning to move but if I were, I would use Temme English to sell my house again and I would recommend them to family and friends.

From our initial meeting to marketing the property and the support as the sale progressed they were attentive to detail and you felt like you were well looked after. Nicola and Rosanna were amazing in chasing solicitors and others in the chain. We are so grateful to them for keeping us informed and for their help in what was sometimes a stressful time. I would highly recommend them.

GoogleDespite many problems with the seller and buyer the team at Temme English remained professional at all times. Sold in less than a week with 21 viewings and 15 in reserve. Problems at the new house but they took the time to come and see, and help sort things out. Recommended them already to others.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleUnfortunately after 3 failed attempts and 4 months of wasted time resulting in no house sale. Temme English decide to lock me in for further disappointment telling me I cannot stop using them for a further 21days. Read your contract throughly the sales team do not inform you about critical contract terms. Think twice before using.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism
