GoogleMany thanks go to the Wickford team, especially, Andrew, Curtis, Nicola and Rosanna. This young team work so hard to make your dreams happen. Even though it took us 7 months to find our property in a different County, these guys kept us and our buyers informed at all times of what was going on within the chain. They chased solicitors and agents and we didn’t have to do a thing. They are very professional, polite and so so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Well done and thank you from Mel and I.

GoogleI’ve been with Agency for the last 2 and half years, worst agency I ever dealt with after showing them the property and confirming everything was clean and nice. They claim to get all my deposit and just by lying to the DPS and also my whole tenancy we had issues with the house and then never cared about fixing any problems and they used to tell us to leave the property. If we don’t like the way they treat us and we had a kid and we couldn’t. That’s why they used the advantage of that PLEASE AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!!

Your review is unjustified. I am pleased you have accused us of lying to the DPS because people will know your review is false bearing in mind you can not lie to the DPS. They go on evidence from photos, before and after the tenancy. Not what a lettings agent tell them. Also to note that the you often denied access during the tenancy. When you left you damages in property, owed money and left personal belongings in the property.

GoogleI cannot express how amazing Temme English were throughout the purchase of my house - from the first call until even after we exchanged! Each member of the team was highly professional, friendly, knowledgable and extremely supportive. Without the team at Temme, our process would have been far more stressful and long winded. I am completely convinced that through their hard work and dedication, the time from offer to exchange would have been far, far longer. I don’t think I could ever dream about using another Estate Agent in future. Highly, highly recommend to anyone thinking of renting, buying or selling.

GoogleIt's a pity you can't score 10/5....I cannot praise Andrew, Curtis and the girls highly enough for their enthusiasm, encouragement, perseverance and professionalism in a very long going and tortuous process. Andrew was amazing and never let us give up hope that we would beat every pitfall that we met, and I believe he very patiently explained the whole process to our first time buyers, who were understandably apprehensive of all the surveys, etc. Curtis was always there to encourage us when we felt things were grinding to a halt and we really felt we were treated as VIPs the whole time. I think I can honestly say that this sale was a challenge as it was an unusual property but the team pulled it off and we are now happily getting used to our new home, full of gratitude - we would not hesitate in recommending the Temme English in the strongest terms. I felt the marketing of my Aunt's property was in safe hands. As a result it sold quickly. Andrew, Nicola and Rosanna provided me with regular updates and the sale went smoothly. From our initial meeting to marketing the property and the support as the sale progressed they were attentive to detail and you felt like you were well looked after. Nicola and Rosanna were amazing in chasing solicitors and others in the chain. We are so grateful to them for keeping us informed and for their help in what was sometimes a stressful time. I would highly recommend them.
