TrustpilotGood start. Poor finish
Had good upfront service and good timely feedback on the viewings. I felt they all worked hard to help us sell. I did feel they could have done much better on the completion date as they had keys but didn’t know. This resulted in a very stressful search and false information. They weren’t very helpful at the end unfortunately so bit disappointing

TrustpilotProfessional and courteous
Dean and the team at the Basildon Branch were a delight to deal with in the sale of my late father’s property. We initially, and so wrongly, went with PB and after 6 months we had only had 6 viewings. Once we decided to go local and appointed Temme English we had a similar number of viewings within a week and a successful good offer. Thank you all at Basildon.

GoogleAndy and his staff were brilliant from start to finish, the girls phoned me weekly to update me with everything that was happening and even though I had a couple of people pull out they just got on with it and kept my spirits up when I was disappointed with it .nothing was too much for them ,and I'd highly recommend them to anyone. First class service .

GoogleFrom the day we viewed our future home and put our home on the market Temme English has supported us and helped us through every stage. They have been very patient and professional and have ensured our move has progressed smoothly and efficiently. Thanks again

GoogleAll the staff at Temme English are extremely friendly and helpful. Keeping me fully updated along the whole process of my purchase, whilst also staying patient with my own numerous enquiries. I am someone who is relatively naive to the process of buying a house, so to have a team I can turn to made it so much easier. I cannot recommend these guys enough.

GoogleOur experience with our move has been mostly a nightmare, however the team here were really supportive and incredibly knowledgeable throughout the process. We're finally moved now and I would like to say a huge thank you to Rosanna, Nicola, Curtis and Andy. I would highly recommend them as they were our 2nd estate agents and their performance was vastly superior to the initial estate agents we used. Well done and thanks again!

GoogleAndy and all the staff were friendly, efficient and very helpful. Any questions we had we answered quickly. The property we were purchasing was empty and we were given access on several occasions to take measurements etc.

GoogleOne of the reasons I chose Temme English to sell my mum's house was that there was no 'tied in' contract period should I be dissatisfied. I was never dissatisfied! Andy, Curtis, Nicola, Rosanna and Jake were amazing from start to finish and communication from this friendly team was superb. Everything ran smoothly and I was always kept up to date with progress. There was always a member of the team available to answer any questions and nothing was ever too much trouble for them. I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you!

TrustpilotAbsolutely Amazing
The team at Temme Basildon are absolutely amazing... Sadly we lost both our parents in 2021 and were involved in a very long drawn out probate. From the very first visit with Louise until completion date the team have been nothing but encouraging, enthusiastic, dedicated and determined to get our sale over the finishing line. They kept us informed at every stage, even contacting us out of normal office hours and always had a smile and time for us when we visited the office. When times were tough we felt they held our hands and kept us strong. If you are thinking of buying or selling a home, you will be in safe hands and we cannot recommend them enough. Lin and Les
