GoogleWe rented a house from this agency in 2017. Very professional, what I liked the most was that they were attentive and responded to all our requests. Since then and until now, they have always solved any request we had, some of them very quickly. I can't say anything bad, everything goes smoothly, without stress and with a lot of help from them. We highly recommend them.

GoogleI am writing this review to share my experience with Wentworth Estate Agents. I found a property listed on RightMove on 07/06/24 and promptly contacted Wentworth to arrange a viewing. Due to my work commitments as a doctor, I was only available to view the property on 13/06/24. On the morning of the 13th, I received a call from Wentworth Estate Agents, which I could not answer as I was busy with patients. Shortly after, I received a text message stating that my viewing for later that day had been cancelled. Surprised, I contacted them to understand what had happened. I was informed that they had received six offers from previous viewings and had decided to take the property off the market. I spoke with Andy and expressed my disappointment, explaining that I was one of the first people to book a viewing. He seemed neither concerned nor apologetic, stating that this was the vendor's decision. I expected more from a reputable company, but it became clear that they are more interested in making quick sales than acting transparently and fairly. They should have honoured all the scheduled viewings before accepting offers. I requested to speak with the managing director and was told by Andy that he would pass my message along. However, over two weeks later, I am yet to hear back. I strongly discourage anyone from doing business with Wentworth Estate Agents.

GoogleI went on the hunt for a Real Estate Agent, for sale of my property in the summer of 2023. I had 5 local agents value my property. I eventually narrowed it down to two agents; Kingshills and another agent. Steve was down to earth and very honest about his opinion on the market and the value of my property. Not the forceful sale pitch others had given. In the first instance, I decided to go with the other agent purely due to their relationship with the new build I was purchasing. This was a very big mistake. Eventually due to the lack of communication, employee turnover and poor effort; I decided to reach out to Steve and move Agents. Steve instantly was willing to help, putting communication at the core of his business. A whatsapp group was created which allowed me to be in touch with the entire Kingshills team. This was perfect for me. Not only that; Kingshills marketing package was a notch above the rest, which included an amazing virtual walkthrough, along plenty of social media publishing. I am not going to lie, the sale and legal process was very rocky; but Steve coordinated with both solicitors to make sure that the sale didn’t fall through. Steve’s attitude was very reassuring, regarding the buyer and their intentions to push through with the sale. Thank you! I would HIGHLY recommend Steve and the entire team at Kingshills.

GoogleAbout two years ago I invited several local Estate Agents to value our property. Steve James stood out from the crowd with his passion for property and enthusiasm for marketing and professionalism. I wasn’t quite ready to put our property on the market, but had already decided I would be using Steve and Kingshills. Two years later I contacted Steve, he made the necessary arrangements. The marketing was amazing, we were prepared for a difficult sale but the first viewing hosted by Steve himself the property was sold. I must also say Steve is backed by a great team at Kingshill and would definitely recommend and use them again should the need arise. Very satisfied customer.
