GoogleI have recently purchased a property and redbrik were the estate agents dealing with the sale. Andrew kept me in the loop throughout what was a very long process and maintained constant communication. When issues arose with solicitors he helped me to resolve them and drove the sale forward. Would recommend the purchase process with redbrik

GoogleRedbrik have been brilliant selling my property, would definitely recommend. From dealing with Nikki to start with, Kathryn during the marketing period and Andrew with the sales progression, all been great and extremely helpful and responsive. We decided to go with Redbrik as they seemed the most helpful and proactive when going to view properties to buy and this was definitely the case when we started to sell my house. They clearly have a very good working relationship with Taylor Emmet solicitors, which between them made the selling process as easy as possible from a customer point of view.

GoogleWe are currently working with Paige Palmer to find a rental property in Croydon, and she has been fantastic. Paige is incredibly patient and thorough during our viewings. Having had a bad experience with two other agents it was a breath of fresh air as soon as we signed up with Deborah and her team. They were friendly, frank and very customer focussed. GoogleAVOID AT ALL COSTS, currently trying to hold us to an additional year despite previously giving them notice. They say auto renewal has happened as my most recent correspondence was 5 days past a three month notice period (again notice has been served previously 12 months ago.) They are also double the price of the competitor we are moving too as an estate agency

GoogleSteve, Martin and the team at Bond did an excellent job in the sale and marketing of the property which was a tricky executorship sale of a property in poor condition.. The support on the sales process and viewings was brilliant. I would thoroughly recommend their service which was personalised and professional. They were always available on the phone and if I had another property to sell would always market through them versus other agents in the area. They gave sound and realistic advice on pricing.

GoogleI've sold with these and, honestly, I wouldn't recommend them NOT AT ALL. They're brilliant if you're buying from them, but if you're selling, they'll just call you, rip you off, and give you false information. They'll slip something into the contract that you haven't actually read, so you have to be absolutely careful. Make sure you read every single detail because they say one thing and then do something totally opposite. I spoke to the branch manager again today (LEE) and, as expected, he just defended his staff. I've been totally conned, 100%, and there's nothing I can do about it. Would not recommend dealing with them at all.
