GoogleWe have recently found a new home and the stress that we experienced when looking for it has started to shade away. During our search we have registered with dozens of agencies, we have called even more of them and even though we found a new home with another agency, Streets Ahead really stood out from the other agents. I almost felt like working with tailor made company - always on our case, asking for more details, offering properties, clarifying, etc. Nothing like that with other agents. You leave your details, but never receive the call back. Vanessa was a star. So professional, helpful and friendly. Her simple words "leave it with me" made all the difference! Thank you so much for your support. We will definitely come back to you in the future. Good luck to you all!

GoogleThank you Streets Ahead Croydon! I found a flat on Rightmove, was adding to the viewing list, and moved into my dream property a week later. All the costs were broken down for me in a simple, easy-to-understand format, and each stage of the move was so easy! My lettings agent Hassan was super helpful and even rang me on a Saturday to tell me I'd got the flat - he also gave me his personal number and was there at any time I needed him. He also worked hard to push the move in date to a time that was convenient for me so I didn't have to miss any time off work. I've never experienced such dedication from an estate agent before - if I ever move again I will certainly be returning to Streets Ahead.

GoogleThe worst estate agents ever! Don't EVER use them, especially if you are a landlord. The estate agent, Oke, lost the tenancy agreement contracts that we signed and when made so many mistakes in the paperwork. Keeps avoiding my calls and makes excuses, trying to hide the fact they lost the contract!
