GoogleWe are very satisfied with the onboarding process and the support we have received throughout our transition to Reapit. Hollie was excellent in introducing and explaining Reapit before we made the decision to change CRM providers, while Jas ensured a smooth and efficient handover to our Project Manager. Jiwan has been exceptional throughout the implementation. He has been patient, responsive, and highly accommodating, taking the time to answer all of our queries and guide us through each stage of the process. His support has not only made the transition seamless but has also helped us gain a much better understanding of how to make the most of Reapit's features and functionality. Evija has also been fantastic, ensuring our accounts were fully reconciled prior to going live and providing invaluable guidance on the financial aspects of the implementation. Overall, the team has been professional, knowledgeable, and supportive throughout, making our move to Reapit a very positive experience.

GoogleThis company has extremely poor customer services and discriminates people based on their place of birth. This was reported to the police as a racist abuse and legal action will be taken. I strongly advise anyone to stay away from these people.

GoogleINFINITY stars for the absolute legend, Tommy Ayliffe; a real estate miracle worker who managed to sell my flat after what felt like an impossible task that had been ongoing since 2019! I genuinely cannot recommend Tommy enough. He's super personable, incredibly transparent and overall just a wonderful human being. I’m still blown away that he was able to sell my flat and throughout the entire process he kept me updated every step of the way which is a massive rarity! Without question, Tommy is one of the most talented and capable people I’ve ever worked with! THANK YOU again!

GoogleWe cannot recommend Possible highly enough. In brief, our property went 'live' on a Friday, and we received an offer for the property on the Tuesday - a mare four days later. The sale and estate agency process was very clearly explained, and this photos, video and other publicity materials that they produced were of the highest quality. Don't go anywhere else!

GooglePolite,professional and informative. Chloe, Georgie and Ann were involved with our purchase and answered any questions we had. We weren’t always available to answer phone calls but they still regularly updated us in any progress by leaving detailed and relevant voice mails and therefore didn’t require call backs when unavailable during call hours. Thank you for all your help!
