GoogleHad the pleasure of meeting Hannah at a lovely property in Gravesend. She knew the key information related to the property and showed us around taking her time. What was really interesting was how she presented the property to us step by step from top to bottom each step was like unveiling a beautiful surprise :-) Her approach was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I wish her the very best and hopefully we are able to call this property our next home.

GoogleHelen and the team at Eston branch were fantastic. Having not through the full buying and selling process before, Helen was fantastic and helped us buy our dream home. The team were so friendly and helpful from waling in on day 1 to enquire about a house to completion day. We would definitely recommend if you want honest, friendly and open service. We will always be greatful for the help we received.

I was given a good, fair quote for my property and kept informed every step of the way. I received above the asking price for my property. The staff are really friendly and professional. Any questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. I have used two estate agents in the past and would recommend Possible every time.

GooglePossible were chosen from three Perth Estate Agencies, primarily for Gary’s genuine interest in the property and realistic valuation, as confirmed by the surveyor. Sale was secured very quickly, subject to the usual lawyer delays. All of the Possible staff were approachable and kept us well informed at every stage of the process.

GoogleViewed a house to rent a couple weeks ago the agent Jessica was lovely however after jumping through numerous hoops and being strung along four days before move in date they rejected the application even after passing the referencing section on my own and also then further adding a guarantor at the letting agents request. In addition they lost documents three times and I had to repeatedly send the same document at least four times to ensure my application had everything they needed. I think the fact they rejected my application four days before move in date is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable when I had been approved and everything had already been signed it is disgusting.

This process is in place to protect both our landlords and prospective tenants and forms an important part of the decision-making process. As with all applications, decisions can only be made once all required information and documentation has been received and fully assessed. Unfortunately, timelines can sometimes be affected by delays in obtaining the necessary information from the various parties involved. GoogleAndrew at Redbrick has been absolutely brilliant. We didn’t even have him as our estate agent he was our sellers agent and he was fantastic I wish we went with him. Kept us in the loop weekly and pushed for things to speed along. If we ever move again we will 100% be using him!
