GoogleWe recently purchased a property in the Croydon area. During this process we dealt with many estate agents in the area and Streets Ahead were certainly the most professional. Jennifer took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for and called us immediately when something came available, a different attitude to the 'just keep checking our website' that we got from many other agents or no calls at all. Although I haven't bought my property through Streets Ahead, I think it's right to offer credit where credit is due.
Jenny and Eve have been amazing from the start and I feel almost guilty that we didn't purchase our property with them as they worked tirelessly to try and find the perfect property which seemed to elude my girlfriend and I.

Without a doubt, the friendliness and dedication you paid to me in finding me a home was second to none. There are many agents who are solely trying to cross sell their mortgage services, do not provide a personalised service or simply do not call back even when they communicate that they will 'get back to you' constantly.
General feedback
Although I ultimately have not purchased my home through Streets Ahead, I would highly recommend them for aiding in the quest to find one; the agents both on the phone and at the viewings are knowledgeable, friendly and always remember your face.

I can honestly say that Saphire King-Harris is the best sales progressor I have ever come across. She completed two of my sales with such focus, passion and professionalism that I have never experienced before. It was as if she was selling her own property. She was always on top of lawyers, lenders, buyers and brokers while keeping me informed all the away about the progress being made. From the beginning of searching for properties, to the exchange of contract, I received the most helpful and friendly services in a professional manner from various staff, especially Saphire King-Harris, who is a great help in pushing the exchange of contract to happen for me.
When I was totally stressed out by the bank's delays and the solicitor's issues towards the end, she went extra miles to help me chase various parties constantly all day long to get all documents in place, patiently guided me through and kept motivating me to get things sorted. Even when she was off at one weekend, she was still in contact with me. Her expertise and customer services are absolutely first class!
I find most estate agents are full of lies, but Street Ahead is the only estate agent that I would trust, and highly recommend!

They were also helpful arranging access for my surveyors and inspectors to ensure the house was in good order. I especially liked the text reminders with full addresses sent to me before viewings. They are are a nice friendly team.
Saphire King-Harris was superb at liasing with the owner, tenant and myself to ensure that the correct paperwork and evidence was prepared and set up so that I could take over the tenancy safely. She liased with the solicitors as well to push things along. She was on the phone daily with me and understood due to my busy job that I could not always answer the phone but ensured that I could always speak to her when I called her. She is a great asset to Streets Ahead and deserve a special reward from them. If she is on your side she will do everything possible to make sure the sale legally completes quickly.

On the positive side, Saphire was extremely helpful and efficient in the handling of the conveyancing, and often unblocked delays where the solicitor was failing to take control of the process. Our negotiations with the vendor on the sale price (via Streets Ahead) was less positive and I felt we could have been supported more vigorously when the vendor refused to contribute fairly to some substantial house repair costs and when the agreement on white goods was altered significantly at a late stage. Overall, however, I found the service efficient and friendly.
