GoogleLiars! Had our offer accepted, and heard nothing for 3 weeks after. I kept chasing the estate agents who said they couldn't get hold of the vendor. I went round to the vendor and they had in fact spoken multiple times, and turned out the vendor was unsure if he actually wanted to sell! Would have been nice to have been told the truth

GoogleFrom the moment that myself and my partner dealt with Billie to secure a flat she has been nothing short from helpful! She made sure that everything was taken care of and was very upfront and honest when answering any queries that I had. Billie was very quick and efficient in doing her job and she provided us with excellent customer service, something that had been lacking when I looked elsewhere! I would definitely recommend Billie to anyone that is looking for a flat. I must also give thanks to Ricardo for showing me such an amazing flat and being very polite and answering any concerns I had when viewing a flat.

FacebookReally shockingly poor service. Let a flat through them on a let only and the whole process especially the paperwork side of things has been shockingly substandard and painful to witness. I wanted to take my own rent guarantee policy out but nearly a month later am still waiting for the documents the insurance company asked for that I requested from them (ID and proof of address). They said they will cancel my policy if I don't provide it now and I have chased up Streets Ahead via email and phone calls. No one is getting back to me and they keep passing the buck to different staff members. George the lettings manager who was so keen to take on my property has now done a disappearing act!! Will not recommend or use again!!!

GoogleAfter deciding and making our mind to buy a house, we contacted many estate agents in the area. But no one was taking our matter seriously. One day by chance on the side of road we saw a board for street ahead and contacted them. Within a week time we passed the bid for a house while other estate agents could not help us in two month. Street ahead is quite dedicated and takes you seriously. Not only that they helped me until the last day of completion by following the matter on every stage. Highly Recommended!!!

GoogleOur house sale started in the New Year 2015 and after 'interviewing' several estate agents, we decided on Streets Ahead because of the professional and experienced manager, Patrick Donnelly who gave us great advice from the start. Streets Ahead don't have the cheapest commission rates - but we felt that it was fair value for money (except the surprise "plus VAT" at the end, which should have been made extra, extra clear at the start and perhaps repeated along the way.) Our house sale and purchase were not without problems and we were part of a 6-house chain. However, Streets Ahead, especially Sapphire King-Harris were efficient and very persistent in pursuing documents and chasing the relevant parties. The chain held together and we completed in July 2015. We are very happy to recommend Streets Ahead and will definitely approach them again with future business.

GoogleBest ever experience I had to find a property for rent. Ricardo who supported My property search shared many options and shared very useful information about the property upfront. Couple of time adjusted timings/rescheduled on the last minute request without any hesitation and supported to finalize the property. Best part is understand the urgency of the requirement and took very much care to support. Will refer others for property search at Croydon.

GoogleFrom the outset Patrick was confident about the sale of my property and at the price I wanted. The viewings quickly followed and an excellent offer was made. Saphire the Sales Progressor then took over and constantly drove the sale forward. Saphire was friendly and very professional, urging the solicitors on both sides to complete their actions. Without her help I am sure the sale would have taken much longer. A big Thank You to Saphire, Patrick and the team.

Googlel have been incredibly impressed with the service that I have received in firstly purchasing a flat with Streets ahead, the after sales support and then the letting of the property. Saphire went above and beyond in her approach and displayed an un-paralleled level of professionalism throughout my dealings with my property. I cannot speak highly enough of her capabilities. secondly, I would like to thank Cameron in his (again) support, which went above and beyond-and for retaining his sense of humour, and professionalism, when I would have definitely had a failure! Well done team!
