GoogleWhat a very very rude company, you ring them leave your details on answer machine you even email them,and they don't even get back to you.and when you eventually speak to them on the telephone and they find your details they apologise to you, not good enough. Shan't be dealing with these cowboys again, and nore should you. Absolutely disgraceful.

GoogleJust completed on a protracted house sale with a few false starts. Any estate agent can organise a smooth transaction. It's when the going gets tough that you realise how good your agent is. Stratton Creber Liskeard-Sue and Lauren- worked tirelessly , and went above and beyond the call of duty, to bring this transaction to a successful conclusion. Definitely recommended

GoogleWas mine and the wife’s first house buy. We were struggling with our solicitors and the house had been taking a while to go through as a result. We found that when Lauren took over our sale things started to move much quicker. She let nothing get in her way of pushing the sale through quickly and often contacted our solicitors for us to give them a nudge. Between her and Sue they made things much easier than we had previously been experiencing and we would fully recommend them to anyone! It was so easy to contact them and they answered straight away, we have been working with Lauren and Sue and I cannot fault their kindness, understanding and professionalism. They have been nothing but helpful and no question is too small to answer. We have been updated throughout every step of the process so far and I cannot thank them enough for bringing the excitement and enjoyment back into the process for our family which we had previously lost due to bad experiences. GoogleStratton Creber were a breath of fresh air in comparison to a lot of other agents we have dealt with in the past. From the start of our buying process, actually listening to us regarding the type of property we were after, to supporting us through the purchase process itself. Lauren-Jay was a total star and went above and beyond for us on an almost daily basis at one point - pretty sure we wouldn’t be moving into our new home for weeks yet if it wasn’t for her help! She really is a credit to them and I hope they know this!! Thank you so much for making a stressful time bearable :)

Our sale was a low value retirement home that was always going to be a difficult sell and at low fee, however Stefan and Karen kept on going, through the viewings, through the pandemic and then finally got the purchaser's solicitor to do their job. I've worked in commercial property for over 30 years and it is just so pleasing to find people that actually do their job and do it well. From the first moment I telephoned them in April 2021 to request property details in my budget, they have gone above and beyond to help me secure my new home during a particularly challenging time in my life. Once I found the house I wished to buy, at each step of the process, I was kept fully informed. They were so friendly and open to talk to and dealt with my queries quickly and professionally. They made the whole process as least stressful as possible.
