GoogleWe used Stratton Creber in Truro to sell our coach house flat. The staff were all efficient and from the start we felt confident we could trust them to do do a good job for us. Karen was an absolute star at keeping the process moving and keeping stress levels to a minimum . She dealt promptly with problems and queries and always kept us up to date with the usual slow conveyancing process. She was great at linking and liaising between us the solicitors and the buyers; professional and yet personal; just what we needed . We would highly recommend this office

GooglePicking an Estate Agent to trust them to sell your home can be daunting. From our initial meeting with Karen, we were put at ease. Subsequent follow ups with Stefan, Daryl and Dylan were welcoming and unpressured. The internal communication, determination and thoroughness throughout was refreshing. Daryl and Stefan particularly went out of their way to keep us informed at every step, and the team positivity, professionalism and empathy for our situation was greatly appreciated. As the market fluctuated, they helped us to adapt and adjust to ensure continuation of viewings. This enabled us to reach our end goal of selling the property. Nothing was too much trouble. The perseverance and competent attitude from all at Stratton Creber, Truro helped us to realise our sale with minimal complication and they are a credit to the industry.

GoogleWe have used Stratton Creber for many years as we used to run a letting agency and can confirm all the landlords were very pleased with their advice and services, including viewings with tenants in situ. Recently, Stefan was very helpful to us personally and gave us a valuation and some sounds advice regarding sales within the area. We chose not to sell the property but would not hesitate to use both Stefan and Daryl at Stratton Creber should our circumstances change in the future. We found them to be consistently friendly, polite and professional and I know they have handled sales of properties within the same cul-de-sac as our property recently valued and achieved sales very quickly.

GoogleThe team at Stratton Creber, Truro have been amazing in selling my Truro property. Right from the word go, they pulled out all of the stops to provide a speedy, thorough and professional service. Stefan ensured that the marketing was started at the earliest opportunity and Karen then took on the sales process from there, backed up by the rest of the team. A list of potential buyers was already to hand and a large number of viewings were arranged rapidly. Karen kept in close contact throughout the sales process. There is no doubt in my mind that Stratton Creber achieved the rapid sale because of their in depth knowledge of the local market and they were worth every penny of their very reasonable fee. I have no hesitation in recommending this amazing team who provide a level of customer service which others should aspire to achieve. Keep up the great work - you are an amazing team. Thank you.

GoogleI'd like to express my gratitude towards Daryl for his kindness and professionalism. My partner and I viewed a house a couple of weeks ago, and it was the most positive experience as Daryl provided us with so much information and really engaged with us. Previous agents from different companies really rushed the process and barely engaged. Even though the property we viewed wasn't for us, Daryl had made us feel excited for our future. Daryl was incredibly kind, down to earth, friendly and polite. Greeted us both and very attentive during our telephone discussions and ensured I received my viewing appointments on time where as previous companies I had to call back to make sure it was still happening. He really made the process go smoothly and ensured we could view the house due to our busy schedule. Daryl went above and beyond and truly is a credit to the branch and deserves recognition for his excellent work. Thank you Daryl for everything. You deserve it all.

GoogleI can’t thank Amy and the gang at Stratton Creber (Looe branch) enough. The sale of ‘Wy Wurrie’ in Polperro has been a painful one for me - it was my mothers’ home and it was her wish that the house be kept in the family so that future generations could enjoy it following her passing this proved not to be possible as my mother died unexpectedly and didn’t leave a will. Many issues arose as a result of the whole probate process but Amy has been ever supportive and has really helped me through a difficult time. Every issue that came up regarding the cottage was faced head on by Amy and she has saved me many, many sleepless nights. If a problem arose regarding the house I could call Amy and she instantly acted on it. She was properly ‘on the case’ from start to finish and I shall be eternally grateful that I had her on my side. When choosing the correct agent when putting a house on the market one often uses fees and suchlike as a deciding factor and Stratton Creber ticked that box but I never expected such amazing service, help, and support as I received from Amy following engaging Stratton Creber’s services to conduct the sale of my mother’s cottage. Amy kept me up-to-date throughout the process and was happy to liaise on my behalf with contractors and local services to grease the wheels of the whole thing (I live 250 odd miles away so I couldn’t attend viewings and suchlike). I shall be forever thankful that I made EXACTLY the correct call when I chose Stratton Creber - they’ve been a godsend! Aydan Jones.

She was always contactable or called me back immediately if I needed her. She genuinely cared about the seller and I getting the sale over the line despite the arduous hurdles life put in the way. My partner and I were relocating to the area & needed an understanding and proactive person to help us through the process, and Amy has most certainly been it! Whilst acting on behalf of the vendor, she still found the time to guide us through the complex process and ensured that we were completely informed at every instance.
