GoogleAsher was the first estate agent we met who was relaxed. At no stage did we feel rushed or forced into anything - he actually had to tell us to slow down and encouraged giving us time to think about things. It was such a breath of fresh air and really helped in making the right decision. If you're looking for a new place, I could not recommend Stonebridge more.

GoogleWe needed an agent that understood the area of North London we were selling in; we were approached by a number of local agents that professed to be key to a sale, but were unimpressed by an air of arrogance and a commensurate fee level. I knew Claire at Stonebridge from her time with one of the above agents, knowing she had left to form a new practice specialising in the area and not part of a large agency chain. I found Claire and her Partner Peter to be knowledgable and professional in taking on our agency appointment and delivered on the desire for a sale that would reflect the investment we had made in redeveloping a large 1930s semi from 4 beds to a 2000sqft 5 bed with views of Ally Pally. We fully appreciate Peter and Claire’s efforts, the attention to detail, the knowledge and advice they have been able to share, enduring the many changes we have made during the process, and the responsiveness to our emails and calls, and follow-ups. Having dealt with banks, insurance brokers, solicitors, etc., we have come to realize that very few people are able to perform to the level they have shown. We would like to thank Stonebridge for everything, they have been fantastic. GoogleAmazing work from Peter, Clare and Matthew. The whole selling experience has been very different compared to the typical large corporate property agents. Stonebridge genuinely care about their clients. There is a personal feel that you don't get with the large corporates, where you are just a number. We sold our property in Highgate through Stonebridge and the whole experience has been fantastic. They clearly have a strong list of real clients because our property got under offer within weeks. This in in sharp contrast with our previous experience with large corporates, which just brought a lot of disrupting viewings with no results. Stonebridge team is so experienced, offer realistic valuations and honest advise. They are always very responsive, very proactive, and they managed the chain extremely well. GoogleDO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM STONEBRIDGE HOMES. They will leave you with a house that has substandard workmanship and a mess. They will also tie you into their fleecehold with monthly charges for doing little to no maintenance on the estate. They are also refusing to complete works to at Fox Valley and some areas are literally an abandoned building site. Avoid!

GoogleWorst purchase I have ever made. Bought a home back in June 2018 and faced problem after problem. Major leak in kitchen causing damage to flooring and cupboards. 2 leaks in bathroom causing damage to living room ceiling. As of today another leak in downstairs toilet causing damage to flooring and hallway carpet. Cheap parts more profit!

GoogleI recently leased a shop in Highgate that was advertised by stonebridge&co. Their service was second to none from start to finish ! Kerry was outstanding throughout the whole process , whenever i needed her assistance, she was always happy to assist even when not at work, and always explained everything thoroughly, Peter was also extremely helpful ! The whole team at Stonebridge&co where exceptional and welcoming, I would highly recommend using Stonebridge&co.

GoogleBe warned that Joel, who we found very professional, has now left the business and Fiona that took his place dealt with us as tenants awfully. Routine repairs were ignored then brought against us, the lack of communication during a difficult period was unacceptable and the checkout was dealt with in a very inappropriate manner, failing to rely on independently compiled inventories and instead going on the landlady's word. Neither myself or my girlfriend have felt compelled to write a formal complaint in many years of renting but we had to with Stonebridge. With Joel gone, I would think very carefully about renting with Stonebridge even if I liked the property because of the immense stress and bother we went through.NegativeProfessionalism
