GoogleWe recently bought our property through Stonebridge. Peter and the rest of the Stonebridge team were a pleasure to deal with - always polite, courteous and friendly. It's a small agency and staff take real pleasure in the personal touch. We were very happy with them and would recommend!

Jonny has been extremely helpful and always available to our requests and carried out perfect communication between the parties involved. And Peter has always been at hand whenever needed and always helpful. They are such nice people to deal with when going through this kind of process that can be quite stressful at times. GoogleAsher and Sophie at Stonebridge & Co are exceptional. We were looking for a rental, and they both went above and beyond to help us out. When we put in an offer on the asking price for a property, the landlady put us on hold for more than a week to check demand. During this time Sophie was considerate to continue to keep us posted about any developments and Asher even called out of office hours to make sure we were up to date and suggest new ideas. Asher also showed incredible expertise (and patience) when we paused to think twice about rental and considering pursueing buying instead. It's rare to meet anyone so compasionate and thorough! Thank you both for your service during a very stressful time finding a new home.

I dealt primarily with Asher, who was very responsive, polite, easy to talk to and accommodating (literally and figuratively, as I am writing this from my fabulous new flat). Thanks to Asher and his colleague Sophie, a tenancy agreement was concluded and keys handed over last Friday, when the listing only went up four days earlier last Monday evening. Easily my best experience with estate agents in London!

They provided a service that was above and beyond what you would normally anticipate - calling in contacts to help resolve issues with the property that we were selling (especially as we didn't live locally). I organised a viewing over the phone on a Friday afternoon for the next day, only to turn up and discover the property in question (which is still showing as available on OnTheMarket) was actually sold, and no agent bothered to turn up. Complete waste of my time - avoid!

To reiterate following our conversations, we were forced to close the office with half an hour’s notice on the Friday that you called us & following Saturday, due to unusually circumstances. Therefore, our sales team did not receive your viewing request.
