GoogleThe team at Stephenson Browne really do go the extra mile in customer service. Accurate valuation, swift and smooth sale. There were some hiccups with the property we were purchasing through them - due to vendor and legal issues, not the estate agents - and the staff were proactive in helping to find solutions, always kept us informed, were open and honest, and always responsive. I cannot fault them. Thank you, Jade, Gaynor, Pam and colleagues! Highly recommended estate agency service.

Thanks tony@stephensonbrowne.co.uk We have since looked into this and realise that this relates to a dispute regards our service in 2015. This was put to the OMBUDSMAN FOR ESTATE AGENTS, an INDEPENDENT ADJUDICATOR which concluded as follows:- For the reasons stated above in my review, I have not supported any of the complaints and I am not prepared to make any award of compensation. Therefore, I am of the view that, without the production of significant new evidence to support the complaint against Stephenson Browne Ltd, it would be unproductive for the Complainants to pursue it further through this Office Our reviews are invariably 5 stars from many happy clients. Sometimes clients lose the properties they wanted due to influences outside of our control as happened here. We are sorry that this happened on this occasion but as the adjudicator pointed out there was little we could do.

GoogleTrying to make an appointment to view a property. Receptionist confirmed she would ask somebody to call back. 4 hours later no call back! I had to call back and was greeted with same response. The receptionist was extremely apologetic and obviously it was not her fault, but the other staff should get their act together. Obviously, they don't need the business I just feel sorry for the people who trust them to sell their property.
