GoogleWe let off this company for five years. Please keep away, you are not there clients! Remember, all they tell you in the beginning is lip service, I can't give you anymore information without causing myself problems. Just remember to take pictures and videos from day one!

GoogleI always use the team at stephenson Browne for my sales and rental properties. Always receive good advice, having used them twice in the last couple of years to sell my own home and over the last few months I had 3 rental properties to bring to the market, after taking advise from Paul & Debbie and after completing few touches to present the properties to their best, we succesfully rented all 3 propties within a short timescale at my desired rental values and great tenants to. I would highly recommend great service

GoogleWhen I was looking for rental property moving across the country, Jenny at SB was by far the most helpful and professional of all the letting agents I contacted. Consequently, she quickly and efficiently arranged the letting of a property to us for which we were enormously grateful. During the tenancy, she was most helpful and pragmatic and we received the same level of customer service as if we were landlords. Thank you so very much for making a very stressful time so much easier as a result of your first class service.

GoogleFrom the minute we opened the door to Craig we felt we were in good hands. He took lots of excellent photos, talked is through the process and we agreed on the best sale price for our property. The following day Margret and Josie came round to familiarise themselves with the bungalow, which to us was very important in order to answer any prospective purchasers questions. The whole team at Stephenson Browne were helpful and efficient all the way through to the day we moved out. Would highly recommend them to anyone who is thinking of selling their property.

GoogleWe were delighted with the service provided by Craig and his team in the Alsager branch of Stephenson and Browne. The recommended sale price for our property given to us by Craig was realistic and proved to be easily achievable as our property sold before it reached the open market. Even though we had a full asking price offer, the team still carried out the full service just in case the sale fell through. All the staff were friendly and professional at all times and we would happily recommend Stephenson and Browne to anybody looking to sell their home.

GoogleWe chose to sell our property with Stephenson Browne, as from our very first meeting with Branch Manager Craig, we were impressed by the down to earth, friendly and no-nonsense approach of the team. We weren’t looking for a hard sell; we wanted to find a committed buyer to love our home as much as we had before them. We were lucky enough to make our subsequent and simultaneous purchase with Stephenson Browne which meant our purchase was as smooth as our sale. A slight glitch at completion was resolved by a very compassionate Margret and Josie, to whom we will always be grateful to for their firm support and for going the extra mile for us as a family. As a local, methodical and tenacious estate agent- we can’t recommend them enough- thank you Stephenson Browne!

GoogleWe used Stephenson Browne to buy our first house and I was very impressed with the service provided. From arranging the viewings to collecting the keys they were friendly, helpful and reliable. We had a few issues with our solicitors during the purchase but I felt supported through the whole process. We are now settling in and are grateful to Stephenson Browne for making the whole process as easy as possible. I would definitely recommend them!

GoogleThe team at Stephenson Browne really do go the extra mile in customer service. Accurate valuation, swift and smooth sale. There were some hiccups with the property we were purchasing through them - due to vendor and legal issues, not the estate agents - and the staff were proactive in helping to find solutions, always kept us informed, were open and honest, and always responsive. I cannot fault them. Thank you, Jade, Gaynor, Pam and colleagues! Highly recommended estate agency service.

GoogleStephenson and Browne have been brilliant! They sold our house really quickly and were great at communicating with us when there was something we needed to know. All of the staff at the Newcastle-under-lyme branch were really polite and helpful (something we haven't experienced with estate agents in the past). Everything ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to their help, communication and organisation. Couldn't have wished for anything better! Would strongly recommend them.
