I have recently sold a house through the Newcastle branch of Stephenson Browne, the sale of the house was complex due to the number of parties involved, not easy at times, but the whole team have been excellent, can’t fault them. I mostly dealt with Maria and Pam, but every one I spoke to in the office was always friendly and gave me the time I needed. They all, always promptly did what they said they would do, nothing was ever too much trouble. I have no hesitation from my experience in recommending and using the Newcastle branch of Stephenson Browne in the future

The whole process was handled amazingly by Stephenson browne and they did everything they could to make the process as smooth as possible as moving can be very stressful. Everything was explained in detail during the viewing and communications before and after viewing could not be faulted. Don't be fooled: Sam is branch manager, but he's seriously hands-on. With a strong feel for the local area, he put together a listing that made our modest property feel a little bit special. If you're looking for arty images à la Cheshire Life, better find another agent, but if you want practical photos that sell real homes, Sam is your man. He's a straight-talking kind of guy, who's happy to stay in touch by phone or email. Sam chased up leads, negotiated hard, and gave us unbiased advice on every genuine (and half-hearted) offer that we got.

At every stage of the process, Stephenson Browne were professional, friendly and supportive. In fact, this was our second time using them; because the first time went so well we were happy to return! From the initial valuation right through to completion, we knew they had our backs - and when things got complicated at one point, their sales progressor Cathy was an absolute star in making sure everything kept moving.
