I was professionally looked after from start to finish - they held my hand and walked me through the whole process. Every step was clearly explained and nothing was too much trouble. They did what they said would, when they said they would, and kept me updated throughout. They chased solicitors and liaised with the buyers on my behalf to keep things moving in these troubled times throughout the pandemic. I simply cant thank them enough for selling my property and making the whole process smooth and easy. Stephenson Browne recently helped me to sell my home. The service was FLAWLESS throughout. Jade came out to complete the valuation, take the photos etc. She was reassuring, supportive, and her attention to detail was out of this world. My house was placed on the market and sold in just 4 days! The whole team supported me through the rest of the sale process, in particular Lindsey. When I had a few issues with my onward purchase and I felt as though I was back at square one, Lindsey was hugely supportive, reassuring and caring to my needs. Selling and buying is never an easy process. When I kept hitting bumps in the road, the staff were always at the end of the phone or email to help. Lindsey supported me through many frustrating times. She is a brilliant listener and kept me calm and motivated. She also kept my buyer reassured through the process and did everything in her power to ensure the sale could still go through, keeping my buyer engaged in the process when the buyer could of easily got fed up of waiting, due to delays further up in the chain. I want to give a huge thanks from the bottom of my heart for making my dream a reality. I could not have done this without you all. Hopefully, I will never have to go through the house moving process again. But if I do, there's no other estate agent I would rather share this experience with. I have been a tenant for Stephenson Browne for the last 3-4 years and I have to say they are probably the most professional Agents I have had the pleasure to deal with. Nothing has been too much for Alex and his team. They have been extremely helpfull and fair over the time we have been with them. We have been tenants for years and have dealt with various letting agencies. The experience we had with Stephenson Browne, Newcastle Branch was stress free considering looking for a property is stressful in itself. During the process we were supported from the beginning till the end by Caroline Jones (who we must say is fantastic at her job) and Oliver, despite being new in his job showed great professionalism. The fees were not extortionate compared to other letting agents. Complain about anything and be prepared for a s21. As others have mentioned, they look down their noses and expect you to drop everything with little notice. Even my dad’s funeral wasn’t a reason to cancel an inspection, also note I had lived there nearly 4 years. Note for ladies, some seriously creepy contractors that like to proposition you even with kids around. Best thing they did was give a s21 as I now have a permanent home in a better location and without having to deal with these slumlords.
