FacebookThis is the 3rd time we have had dealing with Stephenson Browne and they were fantastic again! Even though our chain kept dragging, Margret Caddy was went above and beyond trying to find out what was going on. Her weekly calls and emails meant that we always knew what was happening. Can’t fault them in any way and would definitely recommend

GoogleWe've recently just sold our first home through Stephenson brown, they have made our experience feel like a breeze. The moment Maria and her boss came out to value the property, we felt like we had a instant connection with them both. To then going onto to dealing with Myles in the sales team, they got us up for sale within days and then had us offers within a week. 1 week later we accepted an offer and then moved onto Kathy in after sales team who kept us up to date as much as possible. We'd definitely be using Stephenson brown again in the future. Just wanted say a massive thank you to the whole team for making our experience so stress free and painless as possible

FacebookWe changed estate agents to Stephenson Browne due to our previous estate agent not following up on viewings, not returning my calls etc. Stephenson Browne marketed my property, it was sold within a week and we were kept informed at every stage of the process. Can't fault the service at all.

I spoke to the Newcastle branch about a property and they arranged a viewing for me. They promised to send a confirmation email to me but I haven't received it. At the day the viewing was arraged, I called them and they said the house has been sold. Zero communication, poor service.

GoogleI’ve not being taken seriously. 1 week to receive an answer for renting a house that I had been interested. The answer was not I don’t know why, and the property still in the market, this happened twice. Bad service.
Hi David, We're very sorry to hear of your frustrations, and thank you for bringing the matter to our attention however we must stress, at no point in the process were you not taken seriously. You initially enquired about the property on the 16th Jan, then, once you had completed the required questionnaire, a viewing took place on the 20th. In a busy rental market, interest is high on most properties so your application was forwarded to the landlord for consideration on the 24th, along with the other interested parties. Within 48 hours, the landlord having considered their options, unfortunately for you decided to proceed with another application, which we do understand would have been disappointing for you to be told. The property then remained "available" online only whilst the referencing process continued. Whilst we disagree with your view regarding "bad service", we respect everyone is entitled to their opinion. If you haven't already found another property, we hope you do soon. All the best, SB
