We've recently just sold our first home through Stephenson brown, they have made our experience feel like a breeze. The moment Maria and her boss came out to value the property, we felt like we had a instant connection with them both. To then going onto to dealing with Myles in the sales team, they got us up for sale within days and then had us offers within a week. 1 week later we accepted an offer and then moved onto Kathy in after sales team who kept us up to date as much as possible. We'd definitely be using Stephenson brown again in the future. Just wanted say a massive thank you to the whole team for making our experience so stress free and painless as possible

I spoke to the Newcastle branch about a property and they arranged a viewing for me. They promised to send a confirmation email to me but I haven't received it. At the day the viewing was arraged, I called them and they said the house has been sold. Zero communication, poor service.

We have made serval offers on properties Of full asking price or about . Most recent a bungalow. We struggled to develop a professional & professional working relationships with the manger as She displays prejudices that interfere with maintaining a positive work environment For all. As she favoured an associate of hers .. builder freind .. she referred as ... We don't work with company’s with this sort of code of conduct and/there code of ethics . So not to be trusted . She also struggles to accept constructive criticism . The under handed manner she conducted her self .
