GoogleWas very impressed with the service provided at Spencer’s, when initially calling up I spoke to Mia who was extremely professional and down to earth (ask for her) I knew I was in safe hands. Booked an appointment and as soon as I walked in the whole team was very welcoming, no problems at all!

Over 2 years since i moved out still have not seen a penny of my deposit. Absolute thieves being incredibly rude over email, anyone working there should be ashamed at what they do to people. I will be taking legal action for far more than the original amount owed.

GoogleSpencers are undoubtedly the best estate agent ever. I had a park home in Lutterworth to sell and 3 other agents (ewemove, yourmove and howkins and Harrison ) miserably failed. I called spencers and within no time I had viewings and eventually the property sold. Stephanie was a star. The service was amazing and please consider these guys if you are selling. I wouldn’t even give Spencer’s Syston or the actual overall company a 1 star! I had the worst experience buying a property. Lack of communication you have to keep chasing for updates. Lies about the property I brought. Took it to head office and even appealed and I got nothing apart of a rubbish apology! I will never deal with Spencer’s again.

So disappointing experience with Spencers. I don't think they are professionals. I don't believe their reviews in Google are true. We had the worst experience like tenants. Katy and Naomi let us down. So the things now escalated to Property Ombudsman. Please tenants and landlords and any other people who are using their services look after your rights! Keep your evidences and report Spencers to Property Ombudsman like I do.

GoogleWe honestly didn't think we'd be able to afford a home at all, but Demet made it happen! She gave us the insight, knowledge, and affordability options we needed, and we have now found our dream home for now. We couldn't be happier! Demet was incredibly realistic with us while remaining exceptionally kind and supportive throughout the whole process. She was incredibly proactive, always on top of everything, and patiently helped us with any questions we had. Her communication is also unmatched, she picked up the phone every time we called, or called back ASAP if she was in a meeting. Demet is simply amazing, and we cannot recommend her enough!
