GoogleIn our experience, gazumping (and, most likely, therefore gazundering) is seen as an everyday part of the negotiating process at Sinclair Hammelton. We will never buy or sell through this agent.
This is some accusation Mr Hupli and one that is simply not true. Our reviews speak for themselves and Sinclair Hammelton have built up a reputation for being a very trusted local agency. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors.

GoogleI am only sad that it has taken me so long to write this review for Katie & Megan whom I dealt with November of last year when I rented my flat out in Bromley (Widmore Road). With our wedding actually only being able to take place this year things got a tad busy! I was incredibly nervous about renting my flat out post an awful experience with another agency for the rental of my Mum's, but Katie whom I met with first, immediately put me at ease as she went through the entire process with me. Both Katie and subsequently Megan too, guided me carefully through the whole process and needless to say my flat was rented out for the price that I was looking for after the first viewing. The official pictures had not even been taken at that stage!! I took the one year rent option which meant that I was sorted for the year without any worries and supported through the paperwork from end to end. Aside from the amazing service, they were incredibly lovely to deal with and I noted their kindness and honest approach. Thank you so much again, proud to actually be a Landlord letting through SH. GoogleEmilia went above and beyond to make sure they took on board our needs - especially as we'd had a poor experience with another estate agent a couple of years before. Joe did our valuation, and he really listened to what we were hoping to sell the house for and ideal timelines. I can't recommend these guys enough - Emilia, Joe and Dave really were on a mission to get us a good sale and they did it before the house even hit the open market with an offer above the asking price! Emilia was fantastic with her communication, professionalism and advice, so I'd recommend her and her colleagues in a heartbeat! She personally took so much stress out of selling our house!

GoogleWe recently bought and sold with Sinclair Hammelton and after previously being on the market with another local agent, we immediately noticed that SH actually actively sell houses rather than simply putting them on the market and waiting for them to sell themselves like all their local competitors. They quickly sold my house and for above the asking price and assisted us in buying our new house. Ryan was particularly helpful and proactive and made a stressful process much smoother.

GoogleI went to view this lovely property by Dean Nicholls who works for Sinclair Hammelton, Dean is very patient, polite, and professional with expertise in his field. Dean expertise as an Estate Agent, I have not seen since I have started occasionally since 2018 and periodically throughout 2022 Dean professionalism and constructive communication during the time of our viewing this lovely property in Bloomfield, Dean explained with excellent advice throughout the process of showing around the lovely home of the vendor property with efficient and effective quality of service, I have to say, I never seen since now, but Dean Nicholls you served the 5 stars for your expertise, I will never forget how polite, patient and understanding with duty of care that every buyer is seeking for the first time in buying their home with Sinclair Hammelton Estate Agents, Dean Nicholls working expertise is definitely gives Sinclair Hammelton Estate Agents reputation they definitely deserves as a company.
