GoogleI found Simon Blyth very easy to buy a property from. They were easy to contact and whenever I needed something from the sellers, or needed to pass something on to them (whether it be making an offer or helping speed up the conveyancing process) they were very quick in contacting them and providing me with an update. I mostly spoke and worked with Grace who was very friendly and helpful. She quickly sorted everything needed, provided clarification at the beginning on things I wasn't sure of and made the nail biting moments of purchasing my first home a lot easier and less stressful!

Let’s be honest, more than a little corrupt but also inept. Organised a viewing of a property and took time of work to travel over an hour to it and the appointment had not been put in. Then had someone come over and was rushed to view because of their poor time management. Also when bidding on a property be aware the process isn’t as fair, open and as transparent as it’s portrayed to be. How weird you don’t have my contact info when I still have the “signed as received” paper copies from your office when we submitted a bid on a property. Just another admin fail I guess.

GoogleHaving had our house on the market for nearly 9 months we struggled to get credible viewings and feedback, however after changing to Simon Blyth Estate Agents we sold our house in a matter of weeks, Stacey Ferens was pivotal in vetting all viewings and promoting our house, the service provided was excellent and the turn around and communications were impeccable. Even our neighbours were surprised how quickly Simon Blyth Estate Agents sold our house. They made sure all potential buyers were genuine and in a position to proceed which really made the difference and mitigated "window shoppers" all the viewings we had via them were genuinely interested and Stacey Ferens made sure we were kept up to date and provided valuable feedback each time, which in our opinion made all the difference and ensured we had a successful outcome.
