GoogleI recently sold my mums house via Simon Blyth at Penistone. The staff were so helpful and the office manager Maria went above and beyond to assist in any way she possibly could. She even assited in areas that normally would be the solicitors domain, but when solicitors are hard to reach or do not give time to explain or help their clients this can be timely, stessful and can cause a chain to collapse. Maria gave help in these legal matters. I cannot thank Maria enough for all her hard work, time and effort, she is a fantastic asset, I can't imagine you would get a better service anywhere else.

GoogleI can’t recommend Simon Blyth enough, they are absolutely fantastic. The whole office team is brilliant, including Simon and Grace, who have both been so professional, friendly, and supportive throughout. Their communication is always clear and nothing is ever too much trouble. It’s rare to find a team that combines efficiency with genuine warmth, but they really do. Highly recommended!

GoogleWhat can i say… i have been dealing with loads of other agencies but this has been the best so far. Erin and Steve are superb, very helpful and always professional and friendly. The all team at Simon Blythe Fox Valley is amazing and i cannot thank them enough to help me buying the house of my dreams!!!! They have been there for me for every question, every steps towards the purchase, reassuring me and guiding me through the all process. GoogleReally poor experience with communication. A very bias customer approach and response in relation to a property dispute. Avoid this estate agent especially if your selling high end properties. Even my neighbour has swapped estate agents.

GoogleWe’ve viewed quite a few properties over the last few weeks but this was our first viewing with Simon Blyth Estate Agents, we met Steve and were really impressed with his high level of customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable about the property, genuinely interested and really put us at ease. Myself and my husband left the property and commented on it being the best viewing we had had so far. We would not hesitate in recommending Simon Blyths to friends and family and would consider using in the future, thanks Steve!

My most recent experience was as a seller , and can honestly say that they went above and beyond my expectations . They supported me throughout the selling process which was at times challenging, but house sales usually are . They also worked closely with the buyer to ensure a satisfactory outcome for both parties . A special thanks to the team at Penistone and a particular note of thanks to Maria.
