Truly Excellent Service, Highly Recommend

Summer, Peter and the team at Simon Blyth provided me with a fantastic service when selling my property. Peter's great expertise of the market is second to none. Living in Australia and selling a UK property

Living in Australia and selling a property in the UK is no easy fete but Heidi from Simon Blyth in Linley Huddersfield went above and beyond in negotiating the sale of our property. She would always get back to us and keep us updated and with the time difference it is not so easy. Nothing was too much trouble for her including dealing with two challenging solicitor firms on our behalf. We can’t recommend Heidi enough and would definitely deal with her and her team again. She really deserves this 5* review. Thank you again for all your help.

I would recommend Simon Blyth to everyone, we have recently used them for two sales and a purchase and their service is excellent. Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. Maria chases sales very efficiently and has also liaised with our purchase and done everything possible to help us. Thank you so much 10/10.

Fiona at Simon Blyth Kirkburton was just a pleasure to deal with. Very open and direct just how it should be. I have 'tried' to use other estate agents in the Penistone area, however, none compare to the quality of Simon Blyths. Maria is their greatest asset. She can be calm and reassuring, but also leads and gets the project moving. Other agents will sell the dream but no one compares to Maria and team who fully support the sale and purchase of a new home. It's been a tough journey for us and we wouldn't have done it without Maria's persistence to get the sale completed. Would highly recommend

I've decided to upgrade my original rating after the agent called us half an hour after I posted it. The agent only managed to arrange three viewings (not counting two no shows) in more than eleven weeks, before we gave up and accepted a low offer, even though we listed the house at the price originally recommended by the agent, and dropped it £25K in week seven. At this time, other houses were being sold before even being listed, because the stamp duty window was due to close. Our third viewer (week nine) said she had to be persistent to get a viewing, because the agent told her we were about to accept an offer, when we weren't. Photographer was very good.

Maria was so reassuring and helpful from the start putting us at ease and making it very clear that it was our wishes that were paramount. We were both pleased with the interest in our property with a really attractive brochure and suite of photos . Maria was responsive and helpful during the 6 months it took us to complete - part of which arose when we pulled out of a purchase when a survey revealed lots of issues in the house we had offered to buy .
