Maria & Kristy helped us so much during the usual stresses of selling a home. Maria worked really late into the night to get our house on the market in time for the weekend viewings. We paid extra for their professional photographer Dustin to visit us. It was worth every penny as Dustin helped make our house look a million dollars. Maria & Kristy were great at chasing up both sets of solicitors to keep things moving and keeping in touch with us. We would recommend Simon Blyth unreservedly, their fees are very reasonable when you consider the level of service & support you will receive.

Living overseas and selling our UK property proved to be a stress free experience. This was all due to the efficient service offered by the Penistone office, in particular Maria and Kristy. Between them they organised and conducted around 18 accompanied viewings and always provided us with feedback within 48 hours by either telephone or email. They regularly keep in touch with potential buyers who either had made, or were considering making an offer and kept us informed of any developments. The company's fee structure was reasonable and fair, with no added extras.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Simon Blyth Penistone Branch and especially Maria and Kristy. We recently sold through SB and also bought a house they were selling and I have to say that this was managed excellently. Maria and Kristy managed our sale very professionally, always organised, and prompt feedback. Maria even visited our house with the David (the valuer) which was a nice touch and reassured us potential buyers would receive informed information. Maria was exceptional during the legal process, always managing to get the solicitors focused. Post-completion Maria was still helping with some of the smaller issues that crop up and did so with great care and energy. We couldn't recommend Maria, Kristy and Simon Blyth highly enough.

Let’s be honest, more than a little corrupt but also inept. Organised a viewing of a property and took time of work to travel over an hour to it and the appointment had not been put in. Then had someone come over and was rushed to view because of their poor time management. Also when bidding on a property be aware the process isn’t as fair, open and as transparent as it’s portrayed to be.

Unprofessional and devious. Avoid at all cost. The edit below is due to the reply from the business...... The property unexpectedly came back onto the market overnight, we had am alert from rightmove and called the estate agent first thing on the Friday morning. The estate agent's first available appointment was Wednesday the following week. We made the appointment and it was confirmed to us that we were the first callers and that was the first available appointment. If another appointment became available earlier, the estate agent would call us. On the Monday we were called by the Estate Agent and told that it had sold as they took somebody else to view it on the Saturday.
