GoogleMaria and Maddison were amazing in our house sale and purchase. Things weren’t so straightforward but they ensured we had regular updates and made sure our house sale and purchase was completed. Maria even went over and above and drove documents to Sheffield to ensure we exchanged on the right day. Thanks so much - we love our new home! 😁

Selling a family home could have been fraught and stressful but once Steve took the reins, the ride to the finishing post was smooth and swift. 7 offers with best and finals in 12 days - unbelievable! Professional and kind, supportive and efficient, A1 communications at all times via Street App, email and phone. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thank you :)

From the initial meeting with Christopher, through to the support from Stacey through the sale process, they did a great job.

GoogleWe recently bought a house from Steve at Simon Blyth and honestly can’t praise him enough! Always answered my call or called me back if he wasn’t available, ended up not only helping us massively with the purchase of our new house but also helping with some advice on our sale which wasn’t with them but with Saxton mee (avoid at all costs)! We had a few delays due to solicitors and unforeseen factors but Steve was always on hand with suggestions and great advice. Not to sound dramatic but without Steve we would still be waiting to move as he was the one chasing solicitors constantly updating us and also chasing Saxton mee to do their job which they didn’t seem interested in doing! Whether you’re buying or selling I highly recommend Steve and the Simon Blyth team 👍🏼

GoogleWe used the Barnsley office to sell my mother-in-law’s house. Stacey was wonderful. She kept us informed throughout and was really great helping us clear the house. We are not local, but Stacey took time to help advertise and dispose of furniture and clear the house ready for buyers. Definitely went above and beyond, for which we were very grateful.

GoogleI would recommend Simon Blyth to everyone, we have recently used them for two sales and a purchase and their service is excellent. Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. Maria chases sales very efficiently and has also liaised with our purchase and done everything possible to help us. Thank you so much 10/10.
