Fiona at Simon Blyth Kirkburton was just a pleasure to deal with. Very open and direct just how it should be. We were the buyers and Fiona really went out of her way to overcome what really could have been a big problem for us (and her client). I definitely know where to come to sell my house if and when that should happen. Definitely recommend. Thanks again.

GoogleWe recently bought a house from Steve at Simon Blyth and honestly can’t praise him enough! Always answered my call or called me back if he wasn’t available, ended up not only helping us massively with the purchase of our new house but also helping with some advice on our sale which wasn’t with them but with Saxton mee (avoid at all costs)! We had a few delays due to solicitors and unforeseen factors but Steve was always on hand with suggestions and great advice. Not to sound dramatic but without Steve we would still be waiting to move as he was the one chasing solicitors constantly updating us and also chasing Saxton mee to do their job which they didn’t seem interested in doing! Whether you’re buying or selling I highly recommend Steve and the Simon Blyth team 👍🏼

A first class service was provided by the entire team from start to finish, leading to the completion of a sale at a figure in excess of the asking price. There were three particular elements to the successful outcome. First, Dustin Smith’s photography for the brochure was exceptional, the best we have encountered in nearly fifty years of buying and selling houses. Second, Simon Blyth got the proposed asking price spot on in a challenging market - attractively pitched to generate interest. Third, Fiona Campbell was always available, handling the resulting viewings and offers, and the entire sale process that followed, with dedication and, when needed, robust but supportive advice. Twelve viewings in the first four days after going on to the market, and two offers in the first ten days, are testament enough to the service provided. Thank you to all the team.

GoogleWe used the Barnsley office to sell my mother-in-law’s house. Stacey was wonderful. She kept us informed throughout and was really great helping us clear the house. We are not local, but Stacey took time to help advertise and dispose of furniture and clear the house ready for buyers. Definitely went above and beyond, for which we were very grateful.

GoogleI would recommend Simon Blyth to everyone, we have recently used them for two sales and a purchase and their service is excellent. Maria and her team at Penistone are calm and supportive in the most stressful of situations, they are always at the end of the phone to alleviate even the smallest of worries and go above and beyond. There was no pressure during valuation, very honest and clear advice was given and they have gone above and beyond. Our situation hasn’t been the easiest but I wouldn’t have wanted to work with any other agent. Maria chases sales very efficiently and has also liaised with our purchase and done everything possible to help us. Thank you so much 10/10.

GoogleSteve, Erin and the team at Fox Valley were excellent. From the first visit to the last phone call, they went out of their way to make my move as smooth as possible. The marketing of my home was brilliant and I am very happy with the results. Communication was very good and nothing was too much trouble. I've bought and sold 5 houses now, this was by far the best estate agency experience.

GoogleI have 'tried' to use other estate agents in the Penistone area, however, none compare to the quality of Simon Blyths. Maria is their greatest asset. She can be calm and reassuring, but also leads and gets the project moving. Other agents will sell the dream but no one compares to Maria and team who fully support the sale and purchase of a new home. It's been a tough journey for us and we wouldn't have done it without Maria's persistence to get the sale completed. Would highly recommend
