We are more than happy to rate such an outstanding agent as Seymours. We felt completely happy with every element of our house sale with them and everything was handled with complete professionalism. The staff are outstanding and always return phone calls, provide regular updates and handled the chasing of less helpful solicitors. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

GoogleVery pleased with the service I receive from everyone at Seymours. Particularly pleased with the on-going support for repairs and liaising with the tenants. Having now let out two properties with two previous agents I can highly recommend Seymours. They return telephone calls and emails within the same working day and appear to have great internal communications within the team. They keep everyone up to date when organising work to be carried out - the landlord, tenants and trades people. This is not my experience of other agents.

GoogleSeymours estate agents were the best agency I had with in the area when my girlfriend and I were looking for our first home. The Agent Luca offered me a range of potential property’s that were accurate to our key criteria. Everyone that worked at Seymours managed me throughout the whole buying process and kept me updated on a regular basis which took all the stress away from us. They fitted all there correspondence around my busy schedule which made them so much easier to deal with. The staff really went above and beyond what they had to in order to provide the very best service. I would recommend Seymours to anyone that is looking to buy or sell their property as they offer an excellent service. I know that when we look to sell our new home in a few years I will be using Seymours.

GoogleEnjoyable ..and very Professional from the first moment that I appointed Seymours in Farnham to sell a site with development potential in Aldershot .Nothing was ever too much bother for them and although my main point of contact was Suzanne who was extremely helpful throughout the sale ,all members of the team did everything that they could to make the sale as painless as possible ..which they certainly achieved.I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking for an Estate Agent in Farnham and the surrounding area .11 out of 10 in my opinion . Hugh went above and beyond to help me find the right property and kept me informed all the way. Even after moving in, they organised tradesmen to sort the issues I had without any fuss.
