GoogleHorrible agent, signed a rent contract and paid the one month rent and deposit then discovered that the apartment is still rented, when i raised a complaint with the branch management they didn’t do anything, i am raising it to the property ombudsman and raising a claim against them. GoogleI received very good service throughout the process of selling a property with Seymour's in Ripley. The communication was very efficient and Sam and the team worked hard to successfully find a buyer. Circumstances made the sale a bit harder than I thought it would be but the sale went through last week and I am grateful for their advice and support.

GoogleNatalie and her whole team were very efficient, professional, and so helpful from day 1. During the selling process, they were able to keep me updated on each stage with the service of their conveyancer. I left them to it basically. They arranged all viewings for me and attended each one. There are a few Estate Agents in Addlestone but for me I would definitely recommend Seymours. Thank you 😊

GoogleGreat experience with this agency overall since beginning my property search. Always so forthcoming with properties that are a match and there’s a general sense of care and trust that’s hard to find. Had a viewing with Louis recently and he was great. Very honest, caring and genuine. Louis followed up as soon as and has proactively taken steps to make the process less daunting than it already is!
