GoogleI chose Seymours to seek tenants for our property as Aaron gave great examples of proactivity and approach. During the process of seeking and showing prospective tenants around he and Femi were very communicative and didn't take long to find ones we're happy with, at which point the moving team efficiently took over with regards to paperwork and contracts. We have a saying. "We don't sell houses, we move people". Having a database of buyers shared across our 20 offices as well as our access to the London market through The Guild of Property Professionals enables us to locate buyers quickly, and not just any old buyers, but the right buyers that have a genuine interest. I was asked to pay a £250 deposit to secure a flat that the seller then pulled out of and Seymours kept MY £250 depiste me still wanting to proceed. How can they keep MY money when I wasn't the one who backed out?

It's doubtful that we would have kept your money, as this would have been passed to the owner/solicitors and may have been a non-refundable deposit. TrustpilotTerrible Experience as a buyer
We have just pulled out of a house purchase and a large part of that was due to the incompetence of Seymours. Never told the sellers of any of our appointments to visit the house which caused so many delays, the solicitors they recommended we even more hassle to work with, any time we rang Seymours to discuss something they had no idea who we were even though we were speaking with them frequently, their manner came across as very lazy and uncaring. Im not sure what they were getting their commission for. When we pulled out they pushed the blame to us but and took no responsibility, if we had done the purchase through better agents we would probably be in the house now. Such a terrible experience and we feel so bad for the sellers as it could have been such a different story.
