Kudos to the team at Knaphill and Woking. Appreciate it. Recommended.Well structured and mannered dealings and communication. Posses ownership of the house hunt. Appreciable support in finding homes and suggesting available ones understanding what client is looking for.Readily reachable via email/ phone.Certain issue i found is some comments made in viewing are not true. Certain confirmations are made by assuming (may be this is person specific). So do confirm any such comments via mail and keep that as evidence in black&white so can vouch if any discrepancy later.Other than that haven't got any concerns or bad vibe with the team or the POC i was working with. Seymours was patient with the processing and did helped me on all my queries and handled well all the transactions with the sellers and conveyance.

Seymour’s in Ripley have made the process of selling a house through probate so much easier than it could have been. Joe, Ethan and Ben have always been available to answer my many questions. Ethan sold the house quickly and for the asking price. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area looking to sell a property.
We've been in Ripley for over 30 years and love the neighborhood, it's almost in our DNA! Selling or buying a house can be an emotional roller coaster for everyone, dealing with probate more so. I have been searching for a suitable property for many months so have had dealings with all of the estate agents In & around the area . I have found Seymour’s to be the most professional , friendly & the level of communication has been superb . I have been kept in the loop & updated at every point & I have appreciated that immensely . Lack of communication has been an issue with other estate agents . Gary has been especially helpful & so too has Simon .
It's such a basic thing to do - talk! For us, it doesn't matter who to, the buyer, the seller, the solicitors, mortgage brokers, other agents in the chain, we don't even mind doing their job for them, in fact, we expect it. One thing is for sure, open and honest communication underpinned by knowledge, makes the whole journey so much more enjoyable for both you and us. Thanks for using us Mrs Phillips and we love to be recommended.

GoogleAdele showed me around a few properties before I found the one I purchased through Seymour’s. Adele was always welcoming, friendly and informative about each property she showed me, in fact I only wanted to view properties through Seymour’s in the end as they really took onboard the type of property I would be interested in rather than wasting my time. Anna was amazing when it came to purchasing the property! As a first time buyer I had no experience and didn’t know what to expect! Anna always kept me in the loop and I am lucky I had someone so experienced and professional helping to get the sale through as quickly as possible. Thank you Adele & Anna. I would definitely recommend Seymour’s Addlestone and hope to buy through them again in the future.

Over a difficult 9 months during which the house we wished to purchase collapsed, due to the chain breaking twice we were supported by the experienced and professional advice of our Seymour’s Client Relationship Manager - Amy Sandys. The promptness of her responses and information supplied helped my wife and I weather our move thorough difficult times.
Thanks James. Sales transactions seem to be taking longer and longer which is why we now have dedicated client relationship managers such as Amy on hand. Don't know what we'd do without her! Pleased it's all gone well and maybe we'll see you again in the future, however long that maybe. Keep well.

The team were professional yet friendly and empathic. Very easy to deal with. We liked the fact that all the team came to familiarise themselves with the property and introduce themselves to us. Provided feedback on viewings apart from the odd occasion when unable to obtain this from the client. We felt that they were doing there best for us.
Getting to know the houses and the owners is a really important part of your property journey. Feedback and communication helps simplify the process and makes for a more pleasurable experience for us as well as you, and being empathetic is just a great team being human!
