I would highly recommend Seymour’s in Addlestone for the sale of property. The service me and my wife received from the whole team was nothing short of excellent. From the honest and fair valuation to arranging viewings, securing the offer and finally the help throughout the sale and conveyancing process we were communicated with and informed at all times and nothing was too much of an ask. I would like to especially thank Pam who is the sale progressor - she was remarkable in helping us in the final stages of the sale. I would definitely contact the team again when selling future properties. Well deserved 5 stars! Thank you 🙏

Horrible experience with Seymours and Ronnie in particular when trying to buy our home. He used aggressive bullying tactics when forcing new imposed deadlines out of nowhere, left rude voicemails, and was clear that ‘we work for the seller not for you’. When I raised this to his manager, I got a call from a so-called sales director Matt (Seymours West Byfleet), who was one of the worst people I’ve ever had to speak to. Rude, dismissive, argumentative, I was genuinely shocked that a sales director in a customer facing role conducts himself that way. When making it clear that we will no longer communicate with either of them, Ronnie had the audacity to still call us further down the process. No apology from anyone at Seymours throughout, although I will say Natalie has been polite and helpful. Would never use them again and would actively encourage everyone to avoid this unprofessional company, they will ruin your experience of trying to buy.

There isn't a thank you big enough to give the team at Seymours in Addlestone as, simply without them, I wouldn't be writing this in the comfort of my lovely new home. Particular thanks have to go to Michelle for her attention, efficiency and for being there whenever needed. However, words are not enough to convey my enormous thanks to NATALIE. Not only is she super efficient, always friendly, reassuring and gets you through the challenging times but it's a fact that she is solely the reason why I am where I am today in my new home. She knew instinctively that it was for me way before I did. She made it possible and went over and above to ensure everything went smoothly through what could have been, without her, a very difficult time. Thank you Natalie from the bottom of my heart x x

I came to Seymour's addelstone as I knew they were a very good company as they sold my father in laws house in horsell, always professional and dedicated. I had a resident in my home who is on palliative care and needed to sell asap, Natilie from the start showed compassion, met with him and reassured him she would do her her best to push things through and she did this 120%, she kept her promise and went above and beyond with her kindness and hard work, I would recommend Seymour's they are wonderful.

I cannot recommend Seymours Addlestone branch highly enough. Whilst we did not select Seymours initially, we came back to Seymours after being disappointed with our original choice. They welcomed us back confirming why they really are the No 1 in Addlestone and surrounding areas..... I dealt with Natalie Knight and she was absolutely brilliant - if only we had gone with Seymours from the beginning. Seymours achieved a sale quickly and when things got rocky during the conveyancing we had fantastic support. We dealt with most of the team at the Addlestone branch, as mentioned Natalie (brilliant), Ronnie, Charlotte and Michelle in fact everyone we came in to contact with was superb. If you want to sell your house with a dedicated professional team you know where to go...

Would Not Recommend Seymours

I have used quite a few letting agencies within Woking and out of all of them, I would highly recommend Churchods. We used Seymours due to the liking the property at initial glance. However, after moving in we came to learn that the neighbours in the flat below us had a noise level that made this flat unlivable. Every cough, sneeze, discussion etc we could hear. Upon contacting Seymours, we were pawned off from the block management company, to the landlord and eventually back to them because no one would address the issue or take responsibility looking into it or helping fix the problem. Danilo at Seymours sent very copy and paste corporate answers without a level of sympathy considering my flatmate and I haven't had a proper nights sleep since we've moved in here. Cannot wait for our tenancy contract to end so we can moveout and not use Seymours again.

A great experience from start to finish

I recently purchased my first house with my partner and had a fantastic experience with Seymours throughout my buying process. Jeff was great, showing us around multiple properties and providing a excellent knowledge of the area and the houses themselves. The bid process was seamless and sorted within days was ideal because we wanted to move quickly when we found the house we liked. Journey to our last purchase started with a viewing with Ronnie showing us the property in a very professional manner. Unfortunately, the purchase was not straightforward as there were a few complex bottlenecks. Thankfully, right when things were not going anywhere John, and then Danielle stepped in and patiently supported us at every step. Seymours Staines staff have been absolutely amazing at helping us get our very slow chain through to the point of exchange. Mark and Gary were excellent at the get-go with putting the property on the market, managing viewings and securing offers and the consequent sale. Alan Hackland has been the most calm, professional and thorough individual in his capacity as Sales Progressor. Quite frankly I dont think it would have all happened if Alan hadnt have kept the chain as well organised and informed. He was key to the whole process and I couldnt recommend Alan and the team at Seymours Staines more highly. Totally deserving of 5* ++!

We have so much thanks to give to all the team at Seymour’s in Addlestone! We were THAT family who fell in love with their dream home before our own home was even on the market…..all the team at Seymour’s knew how much we loved and wanted this house and they did absolutely everything in their power to make this possible for us. Andrew was fantastic, that same day he came and valued our home and arranged the photographs so our house could be on the market within 24 hours of viewing the house we loved! Also a big thankyou to James, Ronnie and Rory who worked hard filling the diary with viewings…..we sold within 2 days! John on the sales progression team has been fantastic. We had a couple of little bumps in the road during our house sale following the survey and John was on hand offering advice and guidance throughout, nothing was too much trouble and he kept us updated throughout the whole sales process. Sorry if I have missed anyone off, but I couldn’t review without giving credit to each and every one of you as you have all been a big part of getting us to this point.
