She helped guide us through some ups and downs in the buying process and although acting on behalf of the seller, it felt like she was also looking out for our interests. Facebooktrying to register and was asked very patronising and probing questions regarding why my partner with mobility issues doesn't earn a full time wage. A court ruling was passed making this unlawful, not to mention that it's morally wrong of course. I'd avoid this estate agents, loads out there that don't behave like this.

We have strict due diligence requirements which we adhere to when registering all potential tenants and confirming all sources of income, whether it be from full, part time employment, disability living allowance etc, forms part of the essential process. For the record we have tenants with incomes from all of the above on multiple properties in our portfolio and we would never ask a landlord to discount a potential tenant on that basis. GoogleAVOID I just visit a property that this agency advertised as 3 bed property . It was the worst I ever seen. It only have 1 double bedroom and 1 single . One not even big enough for a single. So so bad, I lost my time coming. Avoid this agency

She was warm and kind and also did an amazing job at explaining the property and how it suited our requirements. Hopefully this message gets to her and the team. Very receptive to customer feedback and they took on the sale of our property when the sale with another Estate Agent fell through, to reduce the chance of our respective purchases collapsing.
