GoogleHorrible experience. Landlord withdrew 2 days before expected move in date. Completely blind sided and estate agent was himself hard to get ahold of and callous- no next steps. No “maybe we can look at other properties.” No attempt at salvaging the tenant estate agent relationship. All I can do is write this review and look for a new place without the help/influence of this agency. Thanks Raul.

GoogleI found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.

Raul, who we met viewing another flat, shared this listing with us and was incredibly helpful throughout the process, going out of his way to arrange a spontaneous viewing and walking us through everything as first time London renters!
