Following Dean’s valuation visit to our flat, we knew Sargeants were a good fit for us. Not only because of the professional attitude and successful track record but because there was a personal touch and an understanding of our family circumstances. This continued when we met the rest of sales team on a home visit and we were delighted that Hulya was our point of contact. Our flat sold promptly and for the top end of our valuation. Hulya also worked hard to find us the right property to purchase. Hulya was attentive to our wish list and ‘got us’ right away. She supported us brilliantly with our successful offer. We had great experience with Sargeants in Northfileds. Our offer on a house was accepted in early September and although we ended up being in a chain of 7 properties, we exchanged contracts in mid December. This was all thanks to Hayley, the estate agent who was dealing with our purchase. She was very kind, active and helpful. She was communicating with the chain at all levels, updating us on the status regularly and in general, keeping the whole process moving fast and information flowing up and down the chain. I’ve dealt with Raul for over 2 months now (myself and my partner were very fussy and knew what we wanted). I’ve dealt with over 10 letting agents in the last 2 months and none even come close to the service Raul provided us. First of all, he is the only letting agent that I’ve dealt with who showed up to scheduled viewings early. (The rest I’ve dealt with were all late by 10 minutes minimum). His professionalism is very evident and he even gave me his personal number to message him with any queries we had etc - a really nice touch, and shows his dedication to his clients. We get the keys to our dream apartment tomorrow at long last, and we can only thank Raul for this. We recently sold our property through Sargeants. The property was donated to us and being a more complicated property, with a first floor flat and a ground floor commercial space which was in significant need of renovation, we thought it would be a difficult property to sell. However, Sargeants were excited to market our property and managed to find a buyer within the first week or two. Hulya Baillie was our sales consultant and was incredibly professional and friendly, very helpful and went beyond her duties to help us with a few maintenance issues in the property and helping to guide us through the sale process . Last weekend, we had a few house viewings to go to. Two were from Sargeants. A lovely, attentive lady called Hailey showed us the first house and when a question was asked by us, she tried to answer all that she could. She also showed us a second Sargeants house. We had a few questions like how much would it would cost to put a bathroom downstairs (in place of the storage space). She rang her dad kindly to ask, and gave us a rough answer, which was super helpful :) I highly recommend Sargeants and I also highly recommend Hailey!
