Moving house is a very stressful thing. Sargeants Estate agents and especially Patricia have worked very had to make our sale as stress free as possible. When problems have arisen Patricia worked very hard to sort them out and to keep us calm and most importantly, informed as to what was happening . And keeping the sale moving forward. Our sale was in a very long chain so we worked with other agents and this really proved to us that Sargeants are a cut about the usual agent. Highly recommended.

I'm not sure what brought Dean or his team into the estate agent business, but if it was to help disprove the reputation for dishonesty that plauges their industry, they are succeeding.After several unsuccessful months trying to sell our flat with another agent (who were focused on volume but little else), Dean and team put together a very smart brochure, and assigned the highly experienced Patricia as our key point of contact.The team was thoughtful about the timing of viewings, gave us plenty of notice, and sent genuine, appropriate buyers our way from their valuable network. During viewings, they sold the property well, with professional enthusiasm. Key to it all was transparency and excellent communication. Once they had found us a great buyer, they dealt with a delay in our chain well, and with ultimate success.We would sell through Sargeants again without hesitation, and heartily recommend their services. The sleaze-free approach gives every stakeholder confidence that things are being done properly. And they are.

First House purchase December 2019

We bought a house through Sargeants in December 2019. We dealt with Patricia who was always friendly and professional. Our offer was accepted quickly and our expectations With regards to the process of the purchase were managed from the outset. Patricia frequently liaised with ourselves and the sellers ensuring that we were updated at all times. This was particularly helpful as our purchase fell over the festive period. We had actually been trying to buy our first home for many months but had had several transactions fall through. In our experience Patricia and Sargeants were by far the most efficient and honest agents that we had dealt with and we would recommend to any other buyers.

Really excellent service from Dean at Sargeants for our recent W5 house sale. Sargeants seem to have cornered the market not just in the St Mary's Road area of Ealing, but even down to our exact street (5 out of the last 6 sales I think), and for us this was nothing but a good thing. Their hyperlocal expertise resulted in sensible (but still ultimately pleasing) pricing advice in a nervous market, and a rich pipeline of potential buyers which led to a very fast sale. The whole project was super-smooth and done at a very fair rate of commission, with Sargeants seamlessly handling various logistical extras (house clearance, maintenance …) as we were managing the sale remotely. great combination of professionalism and well earned confidence.I looked into going with an online agent but Sargeants seemed to be doing brisk business in the local area and after meeting up with one of the partners, Dean, I decided that it was worth the extra to go with this traditional bricks and mortar agency and I was not disappointed.
