GoogleMassive thanks to Dawn, Chantelle and Kelly through handling both our sale and purchase. Chantelle was very proactive in organising viewings for our sale, which was agreed within a week and a half over asking price. Dawn provided excellent advice at the start of the process over what we needed to do to complete our sale and purchase. Would highly recommend!!

GoogleA massive thank you to all the team at Sarah Mains for helping me sell my house. I originally bought my house with sarah mains and my experience was excellent so i decided to sell with them too. Amy Caine was a massive help with getting my house onto the market. She was so lovely to chat to and was so enthusiastic about my house which gave me a lot of confidence when showing it to buyers. Amy knew a lot about the local area and talked me through the value of the house. She answered all my questions and booked appointments with me at the end of the day to fit in with my work schedule. The rest of the team have also helped me out loads making the experience stress free! Thank you everyone so so much, i really appreciate everything.

GoogleThe service from Sarah Mains has been exceptional from the initial valuation to date. I chose Sarah mains based off the initial customer service I received from Josh and I’m so glad I did. Chantel and Jacob booked all the viewings and they were so helpful. Kelly was great and really knowledgeable which helped through the last and final process. Couldn’t recommend Sarah Mains enough.

GoogleShare boundary with Sarah mains managed property. David from the whickham branch repeatedly lied about getting quotes for shared fence, then denied lying. Tenants have said there are lots of issues that are not resolved. Unhelpful unless they are receiving money

I was disappointed to see that you felt the need to leave a one star review. My Customer Services Manager immediately contacted the tenants you refer to and they do not agree with your statement, they are happy with the service they receive from Sarah Mains Residential. David has not lied about getting quotes for the fence. Sarah Mains

GooglePhil Hunt manages my portfolio and has done so for the past 8 years. The service I receive is absolutely outstanding. Phil takes away all the anxiety and stress and everything runs like clockwork. His knowledge is first class and everything he quotes/predicts/says is accurate to the day (timelines) and pound(s). Due to Phil's management of the properties I believe it saves me money in the long run instead of trying to run them myself. If I could give a higher rating than 5* I would. Phil's service is frankly excellent.
