GoogleI had an amazing experience with Grant Property (And Lily Galloway in particular). Our check in and check out processes were extremely easy and any repairs that needed attention throughout the year were dealt with efficiently with minimal hassle.

GoogleAlthough we had not had a great experience with Grant Property before, recently our brilliant new property manager Lily Galloway has made a big difference to our flat and to our lives as student renters.

GoogleWhen we moved in to our property, the place was in an appalling condition (much worse than how we had viewed in 2 months previous). The Property Managers rarely return calls or respond to emails and take weeks to organise minor (AND MAJOR) repairs. For instance when we moved in the bathroom light didn't work, and it took them 4 weeks of using it in the dark until they organised an electriction to come round! Basically avoid this company at all costs. Also the rents are significantly higher than average

GooglePolite staff, might take forever sometimes to sort payments or issues. Properties (expensive) in BAD condition, and you will be left waiting with a leaking roof or broken taps forever, until you really, I mean, really have to push them to send someone to check up. Then they'll tape whatever they can, and it will be properly fixed after you move out and be charged for it. Fun times. Not the worst agency in Dundee though, however pricey.NegativeResponsiveness, Value

GoogleGreat experience staying with Grant Property. All the flats have been decorated to the highest standard and are lovely to live in. Whenever any issues have arisen the team have always been very helpful and quick to assist. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleI highly recommend Grant Property. They have been very helpful and a joy to deal with as I organise an Edinburgh rental whilst in a (very) different timezone. Their communications have been prompt, efficient and friendly - a winning combination. A special shout out to Peter Gregory who has gone above and beyond in helping make things easy and practical. Much gratitude - Peter is a real asset to the company.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant agency! They have helped my partner and I find our flat while we were moving from France. They have been extremely fast to answer questions and help us with every query we had. Would absolutely recommend this agency for anyone looking to rent a flat!

GoogleStayed in a Grant property flat for 2 years they where nice people, easy enough to contact, but they where not the best at getting things fixed we had a broken buzzer for the flat for over a year and it was still broken when we left, they claimed because it was not inside the flat it did not need to be fixed. But we did get the deposit back in full and I did enjoy the flat. Have had friends of mine also struggle to get Grant to fix things quickly.

GoogleAbsolutely shocking estate agents. Please avoid at all costs. We had no end of problems in our flat, including those which endangered both our own and the public's lives. Grant were informed of these problems multiple times via email and phone. However, absolutely nothing was done about it. We (as tenants) had to get the local council involved just so something could actually be done about the problems, since Grant themselves just ignored all our communications. My flatmate had to spend the final month of our tenancy sleeping on the sofa in the lounge, because they failed to repair a severe hole/leak in her bedroom ceiling, rendering her room unusable. We were promised compensation. However, as per usual, Grant failed to respond to any of our emails. Please avoid using them at all costs.

GoogleEfficient and speedy. Just moved in for a week, and so far things are being taken care of nicely. Staff are nice and the flat is lovely. Nicola and Katie have been very helpful and sweet. April, 2018 To be honest, I was sceptic at the beginning after reading many negative reviews online in the past. However, I am really glad that I rented through Grant Property finally. From the beginning till the end, the services they provided have been very professional. Nicola and Lily has been very nice, quick to response to my emails and able to answer all my enquiries. I have my full deposit back to prove that it is possible if you have done things right as responsible tenants. I am very happy with their services. June 2019

GoogleI moved into a Grant Property flat 6 months ago. The application and moving (in and out) process has been very relaxed and quick. We found a few issues with the flat after moving in, but our property manager Lily Galloway has always been very helpful, kind and responds quickly to our enquiries and any problems that come up are sorted fast.
